After my experience and review, the manager did reach out. He was very apologetic for my experience and was glad for my review so he was aware of the situation. He did refund my rental fees and worked a deal if I ever need a future rental. The issue is getting addressed with all employees involved. read more

This place is awesome. Great staff, good equipment. They always have what I need. Good hours of operation. Most rental yards aren't open on weekends, when DIYers need equipment the most. The new manager (Shane i think) is a awesome guy who has great customer service and support. read more

110% recommend! Rented a sod-cutter, which had an issue, and not only did they send out a rep to check it and ultimately take it back, but they reset the clock to the following day! Can't say enough about the excellent customer service and great people (Thanks, Matt & Robert!)! read more

I needed to rent a tool and I didn't think about calling ahead and reserving it. When I arrived to the the item they were out of the item. While I was standing there, Clayton called one of his drivers who was out on a delivery and had them go by the supply house and pick up the tool I was looking for. The staff at Aaction Rents got the tool there in top for me to complete my job. I can't say enough good things about Aaction Rents. Great job guys!!!! read more

Aaction Rents is our go-to place for trailer rentals whenever we need one at work. Located near the corner of Leisure Town and Elmira Road, they offer a wide variety of rentals from farm equipment to various trailers to haul stuff for a day. We usually stick to renting the smaller trailers, like the 5x8 or 5x10 ones, and they typically keep a few of those in stock. I always call ahead to reserve on just in case, and they were able to keep our card on file. The guys there are always super friendly and helpful and have you in and on your way in a jiffy. We were even late to drop off one of the rentals a couple weeks ago, but they were gracious enough to wave the extra fee since we used it to haul some stuff to a career fair for some middle schoolers. :-) read more

This place is extremely helpful and great customer service. They were super willing to help answer any questions we had about how to operate equipment, etc. Highly recommend this place! read more

Great service they knew each item and could explain how to use them! Rented jack hammer and it worked well!

Excellent Customer Service! I've been using Aaction Rents for as long as they've been open in Vacaville, and I have to say I'm always surprised t how excellent their customer service is (I really should stop being surprised by it, but in this day and age it seems like a lost art). I don't spend a lot of money there, but Clayton and staff always make me feel like a valued customer! (Give him a raise :) They're equipment never gives me problems either. Everything I rent seems well maintained and not a worn out piece of junk like some other rental yards. They're inventory seems to be updated, I rented a jumping jack a month or so ago, it had low hrs on it. Everything fires right up and runs the way it should! Maintenance staff must be doing a fine job! Thank you so much, it's really a blessing to have you in my rolodex! (No I've never had a rolodex but you know what I mean! read more

Matt has helped us the last few times and is wonderful to work with. His customer service is above and beyond most! He even helped load and secure every time we get propane. If it makes a difference with the bosses; he should get a raise. Don't forget to ask for Matt! read more

The staff was so so so helpful when it came to my questions and my needs. We have rented from them a couple times and my family will continue to go back whenever we need them, no hesitation! We had a project that we were needing to get done at our house. We were buying 700 sq ft of cement bricks from a private person in VV. I called and spoke to Clayton to try to figure out the best and cheapest way to get the bricks moved. He saved me hundreds of dollars by renting me a pallet jack and two trailers vs two forklifts. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by three very friendly and professional employees (Cade, mike and Luis) that guided me into the office. When I went in the office Eric helped walk me through how to handle the equipment and gave me pointers to help make things easier. He even asked if we were military and when I said my husband was he gave me a discount. We had a couple issues while dealing with the equipment while we were moving bricks (due to our mistakes not the equipment issues). I called Eric and he helped me out to get us running again. Thank you everyone at AAction rentals read more

There guys kicked butt. After a house fire I needed a generator quick, they came through with no notice and were great to deal with.

We needed a power Tile Scraper and rented one from Aaction. We had contact with three employees, rental desk, tool selection and yard return. All the employees were friendly and efficient. The Scraper was in good condition as were the attachments. Both the checkout and return took us less than 5 minutes. Fast, friendly and efficient, can't beat it. We'll be back in s few weeks for our next project. read more

Customer service was awesome! The store and yard were clean and organized. This is definitely a professional business that takes pride in the services they provide for their customers. I will only be using them in the future for equipment rentals. read more

Yard was clean and service was civil, as should be expected. However, I was up-sold to rent a larger rototiller than I had asked for. I was only doing a small area and time was not a terrible much of a constraint. I told them this but they said the larger one would "Hop" less. I've rototilled before and was able to use a small machine all on my own no problems. I was struggling to move this machine from the beginning. Luckily my cousin was there to help me. And we finished really quickly. I will say though it was a taxing experience with no remorse from the company when I told them how it had been difficult for me. And definitely a two person job unless ur a really big/strong guy. If ur doing a small area go with the super light model, hopping or not, you'll be glad u did. read more

Aaction Rents had just the tool I needed to get my job finished correctly and with out all the extra hassle. After completing a bit of information for rental leasing I was well on my way and working that same day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Goes to show why this business does so well - helps others when tools are viable in meeting the requirements of their own business read more

Pretty much anything you need to rent is here the guys are very friendly and there's lots of room to pulling a vehicle and load up.

Great service and products! Clayton and the other three guys I spoke with very friendly and accommodating when I rented a carpet fan and dehumidifier . Would definitely recommend for DIY or pro customers read more

Was not happy that they charged for full day when they said return by 8 am it would be 32 instead of 58. I got there at 7am and nope did not get the 32. Guess I will try different rental place next time. And not to friendly at 7. Maybe no coffee yet read more
