Contacted the company, then the owner, promised to come one of the saturdays himself and clean it up, never showed up. So, half a year later, tried talking to the owner through a driver again, he says.... TALK TO ICBC about it.... ICBC? not sure why. But we will definitely take it to the right places. How can the owner be so irresponsible for his business and his vehicles? So, if you are a private property and care for your driveway, please DONT use them!

They were friendly and helpful over the phone, understood my urgency and made time to inspect and diagnose my issue in very short order. They get my truck running enough to get me home (back over the Coquihala to Vancouver Island) without major issues. They identified the larger issue that couldn't be dealt with in my time frame, addressed what they could to make sure i got home, and also avoided me spending extra money that i didn't need to spend. to be honest they could have milked this for a bunch of stuff i didn't need, but they were honest and helpful, answered all my endless questions (thank you Enzo!) made sure i understood all my options. i would for sure recommend them to anyone needing help in a pinch.

When it was done, I checked the car over and found it had a defective paint job. I let the manager know, and he said he'd buff it out in 2 weeks, as the paint is still fresh. But he had me sign the paperwork. I signed the paperwork believing he'd keep his word (bad choice on my end). When I drove the car the next evening, I noticed that the headlight that was replaced was not adjusted either. When I went back approximately 2 weeks later, they adjusted the headlight and tried to buff out the deficit with no success. I requested that they repair the damage caused on their end. But the refused stating that the bumper is in better shape than before(had some minor rock chips). But yet they took the full payment from icbc. To carstar: Thanks for lying to me. I'll never do business with you again! And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! They'll have you sign the papers, take the money, but won't stand behind their work. Very crooked and dishonest! Not to mention, they said it would be done in 3 days, but it took about 2 weeks. Carstar: We understand your concerns and regret that the repair did not meet your expectations.
