When we signed up with ABS years back they were already the "go to" alarm company in Tracy, even back then. The great thing was being able to work with or speak to the owners of the company. And little has changed. Even as they have grown, the owners, Doug and Janet, remain hands-on. It helps that they gave me a very good no contract price for ongoing monitoring. You can't go wrong choosing ABS Alarm in Tracy.

We had an issue with our alarm from early morning(4am) text messages that went out to my wife and I, as well as everyone on our emergency contact list. The text says something like Trbl zone 209....looking into it, it seems we have a zone fault: most likely a dead battery on one of our sensors. So I obviously call ABS and find out that Doug has sold the company. The new company cannot find my account anywhere after multiple calls. I finally tell them that I am an ABS customer for more than 20 years and from what I heard Doug sold the company, all the sudden they know what file to look under. I am promised a callback. This happens five different times after complaints. I finally really do get a call back promise. That never happened. I called back again and complain and say this is the fifth time I've called the lady apologizes and says somebody will call me back and tells me that they are looking into my alarm and when they come out I will need to sign a three-year contract to fix the problem. I have been a customer with you for probably close to 30 years so that is the dumbest thing you could tell me, that statement alone lost my business. If you want to come out and fix a two dollar battery on a sensor and make me sign a three-year contract I will now look for a new monitoring company. You should've spent the two dollars and I would've been a customer for another 30 years your loss.

We communicated via phone to figure out my needs, and afterward, he went to my home to plan out the best places for us to install the cameras. He took his time and answered all of my questions throughout the inspection. Then, we purchased the items needed, such as the cameras and wiring, etc. Once he started installing the cameras, it didn't take too long for him to finish, approximately 2 to 3 days. I've had the cameras for a few months now, and there have been no issues so far. I like the camera and the materials that he suggested, I appreciate his attention to detail and attentiveness to my needs and his ability to answer any questions I had. His fees are reasonable as well. Although, I know the price depends on what your needs are. Jordan will estimate your fee and will inform you of it prior to doing any work. And I only planned to have cameras installed after some work that was scheduled to be done on my new house. I reached out to Eyal of Protection Now via Yelp a few days before the escrow closed on my house. Eyal spent an hour on FaceTime as I showed him around the house to discuss the number and location of cameras needed. The house seemed untouched when it was filled with staging furniture for weeks. Stagers removed the furniture over the past weekend. Upon my visit at the house on Monday, I noticed the patio door of the ground-floor master bedroom was unlocked. I then saw there was water all over the master bathroom floor, the toilet seat was up, the shower door was wide open, residual water inside the bathtub basin, AND there was a lighter on the bathroom counter. Moments later as I was measuring the room, I noticed a partial footprint on the window sill and dirt smear on the side wall of the window. Of course, I called Eyal immediately. He speedily set in motion to get my cameras installed the next day. When Eyal and his team arrived on Tuesday, Eyal made a much-appreciated authoritative suggestion to me to also install an alarm system. They completed the installation of both security cameras and many alarm sensors in one day. Ernesto made sure the apps were set up correctly on my iPhone and patiently gave me a tutorial of the NVR functions. Everything was fully operational by the end of the day. All were done timely and within my budge to feel so much safer. Thank you, Eyal and team of Protection Now!

They recently completed a complex, multi-building installation for our condominium association--designing and setting up a 20-camera security system. The job required numerous long, difficult wire runs through finished interior spaces, and they handled it flawlessly. When we were interviewing vendors, Eyal stood out immediately. Unlike others who tried to sell us standard off-the-shelf templates, Eyal actually listened to our specific needs, working collaboratively and creatively to design a system tailored precisely to our property. Whenever we hit seemingly unsolvable logistical hurdles, his inventiveness and perseverance provided a smart solution every single time. His team--specifically Ernesto and Manuel--were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are exceptionally hard workers who take immense pride in their craft. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they took great care to preserve the aesthetic appearance of our interior spaces during the wiring process. Clean, professional, and thorough from start to finish. If you are looking for someonewho is innovative, reliable, and truly cares about the quality of their work, hire Eyal and Protection Now.
