Sean is a scam Typed up an incorrect policy added a person we don't even know to it and listed it as an artisan vehicle. When confronted with it he agreed to a refund and then stopped answering emails and phone calls. Don't be scammed Don't do business with people like this! read more

Be careful when purchasing car insurance through this company sure the rates are low and have low monthly payments but pay attention to what your actually getting in writing as far as coverage limits and deductibles. Sometimes they only set the liability limits and no collision or comprehensive coverages. People don't pay attention to what they actually purchase and they believe what is told to them. Plus they actually are the middle man in the deal and search for insurance companies for you that are of unknown financial strength. read more

I have been using this location to facilitate my insurance needs for a few years. I have never had a bad experience, yet recently had a really great one! I purchased a new vehicle, so went in to change and update my policy. I was told that my current insurance company would not finance my brand new car, so my broker at cost-u-less quickly arranged for coverage through a new company. I was expecting my insurance cost to raise dramatically since I was now insuring a brand new vehicle with extended full coverage... yet my monthly cost only increased by $21!! I called Cost-U-Less to get an SR-22, Sean Ricco Helped me, seemed like a nice guy. I clearly informed him I only wanted to purchase their policy if it was going to be filed with the dmv the next day at the latest, he told me it would show up in the dmv system the next day so I purchased their policy, that was on a Thursday, after 6-7 trips to 3 different dmv's my SR-22 finally showed up at the dmv the following Monday, after the first attempt I contacted Mr. Ricco and informed him, he sent me screenshot of a copy of my SR-22 knowing the DMV wasn't going to accept it. After that he didn't return or answer any of my calls or text and when I call his office they tell me their manager/owner isnt available, I contacted corporate to inform them of Mr. Ricco lying to sell policies, they informed me that all brokers are fully aware that it takes at least 72 hours for the SR-22 to show up in the dmv system 24-48 hours at the fastest. They apologized and told me I need to file a complaint with his office manager. Clearly Mr. Sean Ricco lied to me to sell me a policy so he can collect his $20 broker fee. Won't be back here and I will def be taking my business elsewhere after my policy expires. read more

This is probably the cheapest & worse Insurance you can get. The only reason why I signed up with them is because I was desperate and needed something cheap quick. But don't make any changes to your policy because you will get charged every time! I added. another vehicle to my policy and they had made pay $100 to add it!! That is SO Ridiculous!! The other issue I had with them was the fact that it was very difficult to communicate with them. You call the number & get transferred a few times. Then when you finally get a rep over the phone, they tell you that you need to go into the office to do anything. But that means you have to pay when you see someone in the office because apparently their office visits are not free. I guess they have to make their money somehow? ‍. Since then, I've changed my insurance company and I'm so happy that I did. If I want to make any changes with my new carrier, it's FREE. read more

If I could give negative stars I would for their incompetent skills. I came into the office for insurance only to add on a vehicle. They mailed in my paperwork after paying all my fees. 2 months later, here I am in their office again after multiple phone calls inquiring about where are my paperwork for my insurance that you have mailed in. Before my visit they transfer me to my insurance only to find out no CAR WAS EVER ADDED TO MY POLICY. So I have been driving a car without insurance. So here I am sitting in the same damn seat from 2 months ago trying to re-add my car. So whether it's incompetency or pathetic people who have a office that can't do their job but call themselves a manager. Don't go through them. This was a huge mistake on my end to bring my business to a office only because I don't have time for this bullshit. Well now time to find time and find a new place. read more
