We can't thank Steve Johnson, president of AAA Standard Services, enough! At 5:30 on Christmas morning, we woke up to a busted hot water heating pipe in our family room. Within a short time after placing a call to AAA, Steve was at our door. He was able to extract most of the water from our carpet. Before 10 a.m. our carpet had been removed and hauled away by Steve. He brought in big fans and a dehumidifier. He and my husband located the fractured pipe. He went into our crawl space to locate any other possible problems. On a Saturday night we encountered a sewer back up. We called and this service was very friendly and sympathetic. He said they'd have someone out to look at issue and proceed from there. He was up front about wait as it had been a full day and all crews were currently out. We had someone within a 2 hour window. He told us that at 8:00 am on Sunday prompt we would have a full team. Happily, they showed up and within 3 hours they were in and out. Left us with two power blowers and a dehumidifier to run for 24 hours. They handle the work with insurance co- we paid deductible. Shower leaks destroying ceiling Plumber Comes Fast To Fix. I called the company because my second story shower drain was leaking and destroying my ceiling. This is quite possibly the worst business I've ever dealt with in my life Thieves and liars all of them from the owner all the way down to the employees My basement flooded on a Thursday they were supposed to come at 9 AM on Friday didn't show up till after noon said I was doing everything that they could do I had three dehumidifiers and five fans going in my basement to dry it out said they would come back Monday at 9 AM to take care of the walls of my basement I did all the work in the basement removed the baseboards moved all the furniture I did everything they drilled a couple holes in the wall and put fans by them They threw boards a round with the nails sticking up total incompetenceThey were there for a half hour charge me two hours labor bill was over $1100 Told me they would come back to put my basement back together took them over two weeks to give me an estimate lack of knowledge and total liars when it come to what they say they are going to do They should wear a ski mask at work Don't waste your time or money!!!!! read more

They were a god sent within 24 hours of our water damage. So friendly and helpful. Then it came time to "rebuild" which took 3 months after our accident now we are 6 months and still haven't revived an accurate bill. Their customer service and ability to return phone calls is horrible! It's making a bad day turn into a eventful year. We just want to be done...... read more

Had a great experience with AAA! Had rain pouring in my house at 2 AM and the owner personally came ASAP and made sure the crew showed up and got started on drying out the areas. They were knowledgeable about water damage and the fixes required and handled all. Were extremely fair in what they charged. read more

I'm posting this a few months after we had AAA come clean our basement after the sewer collapsed and caused sewage backup. They came out in a timely fashion. However, that's about all I'm happy with. Once everything finally dried, I noticed that the tiles seemed to be stained. I wanted to go over the floors one more time with bleach. I dripped a little plain water on the floor while filling the bucket and the "stain" immediately appeared to run away from the water (like when you put a drop of dish soap into water with grease). So there was this nasty brown-ish residue (resi-poo) on my floor still. We made a call and were told it was normal...um didn't we pay them to clean the mess? It was not clean. After AAA left, I also noticed that there was a puzzle that had been knocked on the floor, there were parts that they had sprayed and wedged under a PVC pipe that runs along the floor. Now it's been a couple months and our line seems to be starting to backup again, we caught it before it started coming out thankfully. The plumber pulls out puzzle pieces, dryer sheets and random other odds and ends. Sooooo AAA, instead of bagging the contaminated items, just decided to spray them down the sewer line. We will not use them again if there should be a next time. I'll do it myself since I had to do it myself again after paying them to do it. read more
