I had some water damage in my closet and realized there was some holes in the flashing by my chimney. AAA came out quickly and gave me a fair quote to do that as well as reseal/paint all vents/pipes on my roof. Then I decided I wanted to add some low profile vents and they quickly updated quote and gave me a good deal. They took a little bit of time to come out and do the work but just gotta chalk that up to being in high demand, which is obviously given the speed and quality of work. I'm very happy with how the worked turned out and very happy with the team at AAA. they were all friendly and knowledgeable. highly recommend. read more

Required a new roof and new fascia after some serious wind and water damage. The Job was done very quickly and to a very high standard at a very reasonable rate. Everyone was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend. read more

After the recent wind storms in Pasadena, we called AAA Roofing to come out and check on a few questionable things that we wanted to make sure wouldn't be a problem in the future. Anita was prompt on answered our calls and scheduling us right away & Ryan showed up on time and was very transparent and helpful and had our issues addressed in no time (and even managed to notice something we hadn't when & fixed it on the spot!). We'll be recommending AAA Roofing and calling them for any roofing needs we have in the future. read more

Couldn't be happier with Jonathan and everyone at AAA for our roofing experience. Great conversations in initial preparation and deciding how we wanted things done, no trying to upsell us for unnecessary things, and super informative about what all of our options were. Everything went exactly as planned, finished ahead of schedule and looks fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone in the market for roofing needs. read more

Another solid experience with AAA. Had some shingles damaged from the storms earlier in the year, so I gave another call to Lee and his team. Casey came around in the next few days, evaluated the damage, and checked the rest of my roof. Luckily it was just superficial for the most part, but he sealed up a potential problem area just in case. Thanks again guys. read more

I had contacted them to fix my leaking roof back in Feb 2023. Jonathan had come to reseal and flash the visible cracks but that did not fix the problem. On repeated calling the company they just bluntly said to look for another roofer to fix the issue. Long story short they don't have the expertise to troubleshoot and fix the issue. I would not trust this company for any future needs. read more

Ryan from AAA Roofing is Absolutely AMAZING! He gave us a very honest quote. Better than anyone could compare with. We've even recommended AAA to our neighbors, who recently had their entire roof replaced by Ryan and his AAA team. These guys are fast and very good. They also stand by their word. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Service. read more

I spent months looking for a roofing company to reroof my father's house. I could not have been happier with using AAA Roofing Services. Jonathan, Lee, Jose, and their entire team absolutely killed it for us. They explained every step of the process to me, gave me updates regularly. Were incredibly patient with me and my questions. I have already begun recommending them to anyone in my neighborhood, so yes if you need a new roof or patch a leak, AAA Roofing Services is the team to go to. read more

Jonathon came out for an estimate for my roof repair. He listened to my desire to repair the roof rather than replace it with a new one. He told me that they could place the loose tiles back where they belonged and would also do maintenance on the pipes on the roof . Our idea was to keep our roof tiles because we always loved the look. Jonathon gave me a fair price and was very professional , knowledgeable and personable . He didn't try to sell me on a new roof. He listened to what we wanted and completed the job on schedule. Great job , our twenty four year old roof looks like new. Thanks to Jonathon and his crew we are extremely happy with the work done by AAA Repair Roofing Services. If down the road I need a new roof they will get our business . Thanks for a job well done. read more

Just got our roof patched by AAA Roofing Services and we couldn't be happier! Initial inspection and quote was done by Casey. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all the questions you can ask. He detailed exactly what we needed and pinpointed the precise area of our leak. The job was completed professionally, clean, and fast. Communication from initial contract signing to cutting the check after completion was on point. One of the most consumer friendly and efficient companies i have dealt with. A company you can count on, from beginning to end, to get the job they promise done, timely. The office staff are one of the few, that confirm appointments before someone comes out. they call after to ask how it went. Then Ryan, one of most customer friendly reps, on getting the job done and doing it in a very friendly, professional manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone i know. read more

While the company was booked 3 weeks away, the visit was worth the wait! Jonathan was very knowledgeable and thorough during the roof inspection. He explained in detail all issues and fixes that were needed, including pictures. He recommended the services we should request to our original roofing company (still on warranty period) and ended up not charging for the visit and his expert knowledge services. I appreciate the honest service, knowledgeable team and detail information shared. Highly recommended. read more

Egad, we've had lots of rain lately! Are you one of the unfortunates facing roofing issues and stressing out over who to call? Well, I am here to tell you, your worries are over. Search no further. AAA Roofing Services is your answer. In 2022 I was looking at a roof well past need of replacement, knowing it would be a major investment, and having no confidence in my own ability to choose the correct company from the many available. I was stuck in an annoying cycle of indecision. Though a pain in the neck to them, it was my good fortune that several of my neighbors also required roofing services at the same time. I reached out for recommendations and found that all of them had hired AAA Roofing Services and were extremely pleased with the outcome. I can list all the positives you've read in other reviews; excellent work, reasonable price, timely completion of work and on and on. But, what I would really like this review to accomplish is to help remove from your shoulders the burden of indecision. Take that first steep towards solving your problem. Call AAA Roofing Services. I did, and I can honestly say I believe it was the best decision I have ever made in my effort to maintain the value of my greatest asset .. my home. Susan Aubrey read more

AAA Roofing was reliable, responsive and finished when they said they would. I interviewed several roofers and Ryan W was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but given the fact they got it done quickly and that he was always there when I had questions, I can highly recommend this company. read more

I've used AAA three times already and they always deliver. Whether it's on pricing, value or communication, Jonathan and his team make it easy to hire them again and again. They are easily my go-to for roofing needs. read more

Great service. Their office answers calls, confirms appointments, and gives you the name of your tech when you make the appointment. Already steps ahead of our old roofer. Ryan W, our tech, was EARLY, efficient and lovely. Obviously knew what he was doing and went above and beyond for a simple annual roof check. We will 100% be calling for them in the future and asking for him. read more

I'm delighted that I hired Triple AAA to replace my roof. Hands down the BEST work and customer service EVER!! I have used this company for my roof since 2015, when they came to do repairs. I recently had a small leak. I can't say enough good about Lee and his company. He is a true professional, knows what he is talking about and has been doing roofing for over 20 years. Aside from that he is just a class act great person to know overall!!! The minute he came out to give us a quote me and my wife knew he would be the person for the job, and we had 2 other bids. Nothing but positive vibes! His crew are hard working and did a great job replacing our 40 year old entire roof in about 5 days!!! Pricing was great and better that what these other companies quoted us. Thank you Lee for everything, all my friends and family will be referred to you for any roofing jobs and you have my business for life as well!!! read more

We highly recommend Lee and AAA Roofing Services. We retained them to fix broken tiles on our roof last year and then we recently saw water stains on our wall, so we called Lee. We assumed we had a leak. Lee checked out our roof and all was fine. He stayed and looked for the origin of the leak -- finding that there was a gap in between the outside wall and two pipes. With the recent rains, he said the water got in through those gaps. He could have left then but he stayed and patched up the gaps for free. He's very professional, knowledgable and the nicest guy. We highly recommend! read more

I had a roof leak during the last rainstorm and by chance saw a FB post/comment about this company. I messaged the person and Jonathan replied back promptly. He also advised me on quick checks to alleviate the issue until someone could come to assess. Spoke w Norma (very sweet) and got an appt within a few days. Very responsive and professional. Was able to get the job done much quicker than expected. Workers were great and my roof is like new! Casey was very thorough in explaining the issue. Would def recommend!!! read more

I met Ryan while he was re-roofing a neighbor's house. Before even talking with him I was impressed with the work they were doing for my neighbor. When it came time to fix my roof I called Ryan. I am soo happy to be able to write a review and recommendation for AAA Roofing and finding a company with amazing customer service .... They called a day before to confirm the appointment then Johnathan called in advance to say what time he would arrive . Johnathan looked at the roof leaks evidence in my house then got the ladder and inspected my roof ... then came back inside to explain and show me the video of the issues that were causing my leak . I am glad to tell you that all was handled professionally on time reasonable and encourage you to call them . Johnathan did video the repairs . Personally I love to support family businesses read more

I needed a roof repair on a single-family home in the West Los Angeles area. Why did I choose them? Yelp reviews were definitely influential, a neighbor also recommended, but AAA Roofing Services specifically had a C-39 roofing license (important!), plus their license was a low, six-digit number (meaning they'd been in business a LONG time, also important). I worked with Nicole to schedule the job, Casey to give me an estimate, and Adrian and Moises to do the work. They are good communicators. I'm very happy with the work and recommend them highly. They are PROFESSIONAL and that is hard to find! read more

AAA is awesome and professional. I had a broken roof tile and made an appointment. When they came to check out the roof, the estimator just replaced the tile in minutes and didn't even charge me. That was very kind of him I really appreciate his time. He was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you, AAA. read more

AAA Roofing Services was excellent. Lee and his crew showed up on time, created a video of the problem to show me what they would be fixing. Excellent service, professional, and dependable. I've had a leak through my hvac vent, which I initially thought was due to the roof but now realizing it's likely from the hvac duct/vent. Regardless, Lee CAME BACK to my place for FREE to inspect the area, and sealed off what he could identify on the hvac system so he could save me the trouble of having to call the hvac guys. He was very kind and professional about offering his help without charging me for his time. Would recommend 100% read more

Our roof is nearly 30 years old and needed some TLC after the unusually intense storms of the last few weeks. We reached out to AAA Roofing and they have the BEST customer service! Norma in the office worked with me to accommodate my schedule, even though we had a relatively small job, and I am sure they are deluged with calls with the recent rains. Jonathan accompanied the roofers to supervise the repairs and ensure everything was done correctly and completely. The roofers took away all the debris and swept up the patio. If not for fixing the leak, we would not have even known they were there! We 100% recommend AAA Roofing to anyone in need of a roofing service. They are definitely a class act company we are lucky to have to serve our neighborhood! read more

Ryan came over, assessed my roof, and gave me the good news that it only needed minor repairs. He came by the next week and fixed it while I was gone. Throughout, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He assured me that I won't need further work on my roof for quite some time, but when I do, I'll definitely go back to AAA and Ryan. read more

I Highly Recommend this outstanding company! My experience with AAA Roofing Services was fantastic from the very beginning. I needed a complete reroof... still had original shake shingles underneath a composition roof that was probably 40 years old and well beyond its lifespan. I got estimates from several highly reviewed companies, but once I met Ryan W, I knew this was the company I was going to use. His experience, knowledge, honesty and integrity sealed the deal. All along the process, he made sure that I was taken care of and that all of my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered and addressed. The estimate I received was very fair. It was better than the other companies and had more "bang for the buck" by including far better roofing materials than many of the others offered. They also stayed true to the estimate. There were no hidden costs or "up-charges". As we approached the work date, we ran into an interesting problem with the City of LA when it came time to get the permit... for some strange reason, my house didn't seem to exist in their records... the Tax Collector, however, has found me every year, LOL. So, Anita over at AAA jumped into action and handled the situation. After we provided proof of my home's existence, the City Engineer quickly signed off on it, permit was issued and we were good to go. Nicole, at the office, was fantastic with scheduling, communication and follow up. I never felt I was in the dark about anything. On the first day, the tear off, Lee, the owner of AAA stopped by to check on progress and make sure I was being taken care of... which of course I was because Ryan is on top of his game. The roofing crew were exceptional from start to finish. Their respect for my property, their attention to detail, their professionalism and their going above and beyond without ever being asked were so greatly appreciated. This is the type of service I like. It reminded me of my father's generation, when customer service was taken seriously and it wasn't all about a quick buck. A company that succeeds because they really care and customers are more than happy to refer them and give them glowing reviews... which I wholeheartedly do! Thank You, AAA! I love my new roof! read more

Friendly and helpful from the moment I called, honest, and fixed my roof leak issue quickly. Before scheduling, I had a few questions so they connected me with a roof technician. Ryan showed up on time, was communicative about arrival time while en route, friendly, professional, and diligent in his work. Thank you for being the best! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! Another Yelper wrote that "they are a breath of fresh air in the contracting world"... SO TRUE! Norma (what a gem!!!) fielded my many calls, answered questions and sent out Jonathan to check out my roofing situation. Jonathan was friendly, thorough, & took copious photos and sent them to me. Then he explained what needed to be done and why. So, bottom line for my older home was stripping off old shingles, checking and replacing some wood that needed repairing, and a brand new roof. The roofing team was on it: hard working, thorough, cleaned up daily, and also answered my questions! Jonathan was constantly in touch, stopping by, keeping me informed... he even answered my texts when he was on vacation. Lee came out to check on the job and explain the inspection protocols... which went smoothly because AAA Roofing Services is such a marvelously awesome company and my roof looks fabulous! Again, many, many thanks for a smooth, professional job that was completed two days ahead of the promised date. Great price. Totally EXCELLENT experience. read more

I needed an extremely last minute escrow roof inspection. I called around to several places that couldn't fit me in. My brother's company has a list of trusted companies and AAA is who they recommend for roofs. My house was outside of their service area, but they made an exception and fit me in last minute. THEN the seller's agents of the escrow house totally ghosted me for several days, refusing to confirm the appointment. The night before the appointment, I cancelled with AAA because I figured the agents weren't going to let us onto the property. The next morning at 7AM, the seller's agents finally confirmed. Facepalm. I called AAA as soon as they opened and miraculously, they were able to fit us back in, same day! Throughout this whole ordeal, they were kind, patient, and accommodating, both on the phone and in person. The inspection went great, they were clearly knowledgeable and honest. They didn't try to upsell anything and accurately estimated the age of the roof. In the end, the roof was fine and they didn't even provide an estimate because no work needed to be done. I have heard that unscrupulous roofing companies will sometimes intentionally mess something up on the roof so that they can then charge to fix it. Clearly these guys aren't doing that. They seem to be genuinely trustworthy. I will definitely be using them for all future roofing needs and I thank them for their patience and service! read more
