2025: I felt compelled to add this update: An issue that I had with my roof (aside from it needing to be replaced) was that I had two old skylights. Casey suggested at the time that I replace them but I thought they were still in decent condition so I said no. As stated in my original review below, AAA replaced my roof and they did a terrific job. But a year later, my two skylights had minor leaking. I was angry and I called AAA and made a big stink. Casey handled my frustrations in an expert, professional way, but he had said that he originally suggested I replace the skylights and I made the decision not to. Well, I'm admitting that I was not satisfied with that answer. It lead to me speaking directly with the owner of AAA Roofing. He said that, although they clearly stated in the contract that they suggested I replace the skylights, and I had said no, they would still send out someone from the team to take a look, free of charge. Someone came out, they did some sealing, but it didn't fix the issue. Finally, I went up onto the roof and took a look myself. My skylights were so beat-up, old, and past their due date. It was obvious they needed to be replaced and that I should've had them replaced when I had the roof done. After all the stink I raised, AAA Roofing still put me in contact with one of their guys to replace the skylights. Again, I'm just being honest here: I was that customer, the pain in the ass. And I was wrong. So I'm writing this update to say that, as I look back on it now, it was another example of exceptional customer service on AAA Roofing's part. Honestly, they could've told me to take a hike, but they didn't. That's impressive. Original Review: Casey was the project manager for our job. He was fantastic. He's the textbook of what you want in customer service. I vetted three roofing companies and obtained three bids. They were all in the ballpark except for one which was about $5K higher so I immediately removed them from the options. AAA earned the job because Casey was a standout over the other company. Casey answered every question I had and he even suggested a few things I hadn't thought of. He was very professional and he obviously has many years of experience. There was no sales pitch, no pressure. So I went with AAA. They finished the job a day early (new roof for home + garage). They worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. FYI I had the roof installed just before all the heavy rains last month. I went up into the attic and searched for any leaks. Not one. Same with the garage. Where to start, I got a total of 5 quotes for roof replacement. Ryan happened to be the last one to quote me, like other companies we had a conversation before he went up on the roof. Here's why I'd 100% choose AAA over others, of the 5 conversations Ryan was the most genuine. He explained his process, he explained why he uses the materials he uses and why he avoids certain others. He gave examples of the benefits and flaws of specific materials. His explanation and conversation didn't come across as just a "salesman" but rather as a friend or neighbor which I completely respect. Finally he hopped on my roof and the first thing he said was "why do you want your roof replaced"? This was a shock to me considering not a single other company mentioned that my roof wasn't in bad shape. Ryan then explained there was a solid few years left in my roof at minimum. This was great news but at the same time frustrating that not a single other company brought this up, they just wanted to sell me a roof regardless if I needed it or not. I truly appreciate the honesty, integrity and savings. Nothings cheap right now so to hear that was a relief. Finally he mentioned there was a little bit of deferred maintenance he would handle for a very fair price, which I had him do and of course his work was excellent. His honesty alone is why I'll absolutely use him in the future and why I recommend him to anyone looking for a roof. it was really enjoyable working with Ryan and his team. we replaced our roof that was 23 years old. Ryan is an incredible manager and his communication is excellent, he helped us from start to finish. having two dogs and four cats was a concern while the roof was being replaced. I was very surprised that there was very little noise. the workers were on time ever day and were extremely polite to my wife and myself. I was able to schedule an appointment with a very nice and attentive receptionist (Nicole) a few days ago. I needed a mid-morning appointment and Nicole followed up a day later once a later, mid-morning opening was available. They followed up a business day before the appointment to ensure we were on schedule - excellent! I met with a very nice gentlemen, Jonathan, who called 15 minutes before arrival and arrived on time, asked good questions, inspected the roof and immediately discerned the problem with a slipped tile and was able to easily put it back into place. Very frustrating experience! One of their newer employees (to the company, not the business) evaluated my flat roof and gave me an explanation of two options to fix. He had said it was a big job and it would take 3.5 days. He seemed eager to provide good service but now I realize he's just a good talker and appeared nice and friendly. I won't provide his name but he promised to give me an estimate the same day or the day after. Never received the estimate in that timeframe, but I know how busy these companies are. Texted him 4 days later and he indicated that he had called a couple times to discuss an estimate but I never received any call from him. Strange that he doesn't know that I can easily see my call history. After he finally sent an estimate, I left a voicemail to the office which he said they never received. Again, I sent him a screen shot of my call to the office. For over a month, there was a lot of back and forth about getting on the schedule to book and in the end it never materialized. This communication dated back to August 9 and went on for almost 2 months! And back to the 3.5 days that it was supposed to take...he later said it would be a 1.5 day job. When I questioned him about this, he said he'd put more guys on the job. Strange!! Lots of inaccuracies in what he communicated beyond what I've written. I have detailed text messages. I also began to question the quote he gave me because there there were inconsistencies with his communication. The main takeaway...although the company seems to have a good reputation, I began to question whether this new employee and his communication would also be a reflection of his work. I called another company and was provided an estimate that same day. Was able to book an appointment quickly...less than two weeks out. After recent rainy seasons, we wanted to get our roof checked before any potential storms. Our roof was worked on just three years ago so there shouldn't have been problems, but we could see where tiles had slipped out of position. That roofer wouldn't return my calls so I called AAA Roofing. Jonathon came out for a free inspection. I didn't have to take his word for what was needed, he documented every potential problem with photos. We discussed his recommendations and he emailed a proposal and estimate. He texted ahead of the job to notify when he'd be there on what was to be a half day's work. The communication during the whole project was top notch. My wife and I used to love the rain . . . until it started raining in our bedroom. We had our roof replaced three years ago by a company that is NOT AAA Roofing Services, but has a very similar name. We were under warranty with that company but agreed to pay a significant amount of money for "roof maintenance" because we were so desperate to sleep through the night. Thus began our journey down a rabbit hole of good intentions by that other company -- but as we know, the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. Over the course of several very wet months, that other company claimed to have solved our problem. The only problem? They created more problems than they actually solved. Our roof became a patchwork quilt of guesswork sewn by a well-meaning but inexperienced company. The point being, you can't fix a roof with excellent customer service alone -- we had to call an experienced roofer. Enter Lee Yosef and THIS company, AAA Roofing Services. Lee showed up on a Saturday morning, when he wasn't even supposed to be working, because it was going to rain again, and he heard the utter despair in our voices. Within five minutes of walking our roof, he diagnosed and filled what turned out to be a massive hole left by that OTHER company. While he was at it, he coated multiple penetration points, including a rusty nail head that was raised a quarter-inch from flashing, which had caused another leak, this time in our bathroom. So much for "roof maintenance"! To top it off, he wouldn't even take our money for the visit. Throughout this difficult time, we were constantly reminded how important it is to have a team of experienced professionals on speed dial. We have the plumber, the mechanic, the doctor, and more. We just added Lee and AAA Roofing Services to our contacts, and we couldn't sleep more soundly. read more

So we haven't used their service, yet. But I felt like I needed to write a review just for the fact that their company rep Jonathan, who came out to give us an estimate was thorough and seemed trust worthy by his actions. Also the person from their office Norma Jean was responsive, friendly and called us a few times to confirm our appointment. We're waiting on a written estimate from their office and we're not in any rush since we have a minor issue. We have a very minor leak from the exhaust pipe over the stove. It's basically trickling inside from the outside of the pipe. I knew it wouldn't be a crazy repair job simply because our roof was redone not even 12-13 years ago and the material used is supposed to be good for 30 years. Also I know how to use google and watch YouTube videos. I had an idea what it might be. But since it's the roof, we didn't want to mess around and wanted to get quotes from actual roofing companies. We got quotes from at least 5 different companies. Some roofing companies won't even come out to quote you and actually discourage you by saying things like our minimum is 5k and I'm like you don't even know what the issue is. One company quoted us 6k and it took a lot of Will power not to laugh at that crooks face. But AAA Roofing's Jonathan, not only gave us a decent quote but he took pictures of all the issues he spotted on the roof to show me and explain about each one and basically said it just needed a little maintenance and he would be able to also re-seal some of the other pipes on the roof etc. before the seals go bad. So I'm leaving this review because this company was the most honest of all the roofing companies that gave us a quote. And even if we end up not using them for whatever reason, I'll be making sure I recommend them to anyone else I know that needs a roofing company to quote a job. read more

I cannot say enough! We had a small leak in our roof after all these crazy rains here in LA. A bit of sealant came off and a few nail pops.
