Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. When making a credit card payment you have to call the office and give it to them over the phone, so easy ! Was supposed to be here 2pm kept calling they were giving me different times, finally the driver called me and said it will take them another 2 hours so 4 hours in I don't even have somebody on the way ! Costumer service is the worst, a guy picked up the phone with so much attitude! Then I tried to call again and he did block my phone number! Absolutely unacceptable in costumer service! Let me post the screenshots of how many times you said you were coming and you were nowhere to be found!!!
