I love this company....although she could not give services to me she gave me the proper information to get someone else ... In this day and age that is a rare quality when you help someone just to help them !!! Thank you very much read more

This company has the WORST customer service. We hired them for our HOA towing needs. They never return phone calls (Erica) who is supposedly their main manager. We called her cell numerous times and no courtesy return call. Then their dispatcher suggests that we cancel our agreement, because there's lots of Tow companies out there. WOW!! How unprofessional, tacky and rude conduct they display. If I could give a -10 I would. read more

They are thieves! They will fish for vehicles on private property! They will steal your vehicle out of your own driveway! You will then have to pay $450 to get your vehicle back! Do not hire these people ever! If your HOA is considering hiring them, don't! They will steal your car! ZERO STARS!!!!!! read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FEES! Ran out of gas, gas station was closed. When I returned my car had been towed to this crappy place. When I got there it had been maybe 2 hours at the most. Had my gas can ready, but NOOOO I had to 1st WAIT for a tow truck to return so they could charge me damn near another $100 for the tow up to the front of this Crack Pot lot. I hope karma finds it's way back to these thieves! Never call them and hope these criminals don't get the chance to rob you! read more

Horrible experience, I had parked in front of my clients garage door hazard lights on since I was doing a pickup for my client. As we're gathering a few items, my client tells me "someone is stealing your car!" and she runs downstairs. This guy gets in my clients face then starts pretending that he has been injured when he got in my client's face. This genius did not realize that I spoke Spanish, as he tells someone that he's speaking with over his headset "estaba pescando" (I was fishing) $400+ they charged to get my car back. While we waited for Metro, a neighbor told us that this same sad little man towed his car out of his garage and damaged his driveway because the vehicle "looked unatended" These people are the parasites. read more

I had an incident where my HOA's management company towed my car WITHOUT notice AND THEN they painted the curb red afterwards (which I. am still dealing with, btw)... and although I did not like the fact that my car was unlawfully towed by the management company, Victory was only following orders and I'm still dealing with the HOA/Management. Even though it wasn't an ideal situation, Dan at the office was personable and helped ease the frustrating situation. So one star for him. But in my research, I found out that Nevada Law says the you aren't supposed to charge storage fees until after 48 hours. Check your receipts. I asked Erika about them and she promptly gave me a refund so that was nice of them to rectify whose charges. And one star for that. For reference: Nevada law (NRS 706.4479) "An operator shall not charge any fee or cost for the storage of the motor vehicle until at least 48 hours after the motor vehicle arrives and is registered at the place of storage. If the motor vehicle arrives at the place of storage after the regular business hours of the place of storage, the 48-hour period begins when the regular business hours of the place of storage next begin." read more

Got my card towed here for leaving it somewhere I shouldn't have. paid the fees no problem but my car had 2 perfumes Valentino and different one worth about 400 total and a walking takie that I had in a the center . Both perfumes missing and walkie talking in a different place . And dispatcher called the manager and a simple no one went in the car but someone had to the seat was moved and all that . I'm more mad that no accountability is being taken . read more

Absolutely terrible company to use for any services they offer (if anything other than towing). It's the holiday season and they are the most expensive company to use to get your vehicle released after a tow irregardless of that reason. One employee said that "they don't cater to us"... I believe that was Erica. Additionally, they had surprise fees added on top of their original charge. This company seems to upcharge but doesn't reinvest into the business because when I entered their establishment, my husband and I were on alert because of the location. I would never use this company or contract for their services because if they treat their customers like they don't care, their business partners will feel that as well. Overall, I wouldn't recommended using this company or employing any of the employees that I have spoke with during my engagement. read more

Not happy that my car was towed, but the customer service was great, and there wasn't a single dent or scratch on my car. That I can appreciate. read more

After multiple failed battery attempts we called and received a quick response over the phone. Tow truck got to us quickly. Very good prices as other places wanted to charge us double. Workers are knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend. read more

Sorry for the window somebody thought it would be funny to shoot it with a BB gun anyways I'm putting this up because this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen these guys need better training because if he thinks it's ok to block a street like just to tow a car I don't even know what to say. There could have been a thousand different ways he could have done towed that car without being an inconvenience. So my advice train your guys better teach them to have common sense. read more

Don't trust ANYTHING they say! Record everything and get everything in writing before you show up! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They towed my mom's car and it had only been towed for not even 12 hours. First, the lady (Erica) told my mom that it is cheaper before 8am. My mom repeated it 3 times just to confirm. She uber'd from 30 minutes away to make sure she was there before 8am and when she got there, the lady told her that it's going to be more expensive since she's there early. So she had to wait there outside in the middle of nowhere for an hour until 8. Then, it's finally 8 o'clock and the lady told her it would be $125 more than what she said on the phone. For the last two hours she was telling my mom it was going to be $400. Once it came for my mom to finally post she said the total is $525 but she never said that on the phone. My mom also repeated it multiple times prior just to make sure. Erica said since it was a holiday (Juneteenth) that they charge more, but again that was never stated on the phone, which was on the same day. I then called them to ask for more information and the lady said "I'm not doing this today bye" and hung up. People who own tow companies are usually never good people so I'm not surprised, but this is by far the worst and most expensive experience for absolutely no reason at all. The owner Juan apparently isn't any better either. read more

Richard was my savior!!!! I was stuck on sand in the middle of unknown road of a desert in Nevada. I was heading to Seven Magic mountain with google map but my car is Audi A6 and the road was filled with sand and rocks. GPS wasn't showing my location exactly but Richard kept calling me hundred times to find me in the middle of desert and came to me. He showed up with his white big truck and got me out of there. Even he checked my car if it was okay to drive. He saved me and my fiance today!!! Richard is the best guy!!! read more

Called them yesterday for a tow, HORRIBLE Erica was in a semi decent mood when I first called. I got my quote and was told that they would be there in 30 to 45 min..... 3HOURS LATER..... No call. No text. Nothing. An update would have been decent and when I called back to ask then Erica's attitude changed. She was rude, nasty and disrespectful. I mean if u don't want my business or money fine. Also being told I'd get my refund immediately and now it's 5 to 7 business days according to Jenny.... wow. Thanks for charging me for nothing read more

the most shocking criminal enterprise/business I have ever experienced. they basically towed my truck that was not illegal parked on private property and on that same day said I owed 1200 two days later I went back because they illegally towed it and was told he would kick my ass and called the cops saying I was caus trouble. tomorrow they are going to auction it and they would not answer my calls emails I am giing to have to pray the courts can make things bette. I was ripped off extorted fraud intim and assault. welcome to victory towing llc lasvegas I pray nobody should have to be subject to such blatant disregard for the law a disrespectful business that should not have a license to prey on innocent people no sign of any morals just anger and hatred everything that is foul in the human heart you will find it there. my testimony is the truth not exaggeration. I believe there's hope for everyone but there is very little faith that this business will ever rise above predator and taken at their word violent criminals that use intimidation and threats regularl. please pray for me because they took everything I had I can't let it go. read more

My car broke down at the store yesterday. I made several calls to different tow companies who quoted me absurd rates. When I called Victory the lady on the phone was very sweet and offered me a rate 90% cheaper than the other companies. Tow truck companies have terrible reputations but Victory breaks the mold. They are the best tow truck company I've dealt with and will use them again. I'm sure with the price of gas operating a large tow truck is not cheat but Victory certainly has the right price. read more

Juan is a Great fast working who had my car at the location I needed it ASAP! The company cares about the customers

It's a Money making Towing Company... Don't get me wrong but very inconsiderate... Find something that is cost effective and not expensive.

Nice staff however our transaction was very unprofessional. The driver drove off without collecting payment, I was obsessively called from three different numbers like some harassing bill Collectors . they called my training manager and embarrassed me and told her I hadn't paid my bill, I get home to have them standing outside my garage like some loans sharks . Very very unprofessional you should never do that ever again. But they got my car home safely and showed up in a very reasonable amount of time . I do apologize for the inconvenience but that wasn't my fault and I don't think I should have been treated as such . read more

Horrible experience. Told me it was going to be an hour wait, it turned out to be two hours. I even had a tow truck pull up next to me asking me if I needed help while I waited. Apparently the driver passed by me three times but never saw me even though I was on the side of a freeway exit in a white car. Although the people on the phone I talked to were nice and apologized, they never offered anything to make it right. When I asked if I could receive any compensation for being an hour late (and I had to ask, it was not offered), they said the best they could do was $10 off. When I went to pay he said "Cash only." Thankfully I was at home and my wife had cash on her, but no where on the description or in any phone call was I told it was cash only. I am displeased with the driver who never apologized for being late, with him being an hour late, the owner who only offered me $10 off and that was only after I asked, and finally no where did anyone tell me it was cash only. I'm extremely disappointed and will not use them again. read more

Roadside assistance forced me to be stuck with this company. Have been waiting for over an hour of the estimated time to get here, no updates. My tags were stolen off my car so I had to order a replacement which was in the process of being mailed to my house from the DMV. They left me a sticker threatening to tow my car within 48hrs.
