Before heading over I called and spoke with Grayson. He was very professional and informative. I mentioned to him that the check engine light and trac off light were on. He said he would have the mechanic take a look and evaluate once I got there. Once I arrived Grayson was at the front desk and let me know that there was 1 person ahead of me. It only took about 15-20 minutes for them to get to my car and diagnose the issue. He stated that the mechanic observed the rotors measured low and the brake pads would need to be sanded to be even. The service was great, Grayson and "Grumpy" were both very nice and explained things where I could understand. The estimate was between $200-$600. I paid toward the higher end, not sure whether or not it was a good deal, I just needed it done and it got done. They also checked some other things for me...so I guess it was a good deal. Great experience!! I was quoted $2400 by the dealership for repairs and felt like something was off. In addition to this, they said it would be 2-3 days before I'd have the car back. I contacted One Stop Auto and was quoted $1200 for the same work and they were able to do it the same day. They said they think it might be less and it turned out to only be $850!! That's a savings of over $1500 from what the dealer was going to charge me. I can't remember the last time an auto repair ended up being less than what I was quoted. Called to see if I could have my car towed there since it randomly stopped turning on. Spoke with a Greg on Wednesday morning he said to have it dropped off, so I did. Called everyday to get an update, they didn't have one. So I had to go in on Friday to see what was going on, Greg went on to say they couldn't find anything wrong with my car but still did charge me a $65 fee to have it looked at. Generally when we have an unfavorable experience we immediately leave a review about our experience. But I have to say I was not expecting what I experienced today. My husband dropped off my car yesterday and I found out today that the shop couldn't fix it. When I picked it up I was expecting to pay a fee for diagnostic and a sensor that was replaced. To my surprise, Greg charged me $0.00! He said when the sensor he changed didn't fix the problem he put back in the original one and didn't charge me. Referred me to a European repair shop. What a nice guy! I was so exhausted from driving around in disarray and trying to figure out what to do now that I didn't express my gratitude with enthusiasm. Awesome service! We thought our brakes were bad, making all the squealing and clunking and sounded awful. We also thought it was odd because we'd had them done 6 months ago somewhere else. So we tried this place out, and they told us our brakes were still at 90% the rotors just needed to be spun. They could have charged us an arm and a leg to redo brakes but instead were completely honest about the repairs and our brakes are back to new. We will be using them again thanks to their honesty, they earned a new customer for everything now that our car is out of warranty and dealer charges an arm and a leg. read more

TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! WARNING! The guys working here don't know how to properly diagnose a car and will just throw parts in. I came in to get a noise coming from my front left wheel fixed and after their diagnostics Greg called me to tell me the noise was coming from the engine mount of my car. I was skeptical but they're the "pros" so I agreed to the repair since I was made to believe that would fix the issue. I came back a bit later to show them that the noise still persisted and he said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I was even directing them in the right path but I think pride took over and he wouldn't listen. Greg got kept denying responsibility and even got combative. Greg kept repeatedly exclaiming "I DONT REMEMBER SHIT! I DONT REMEMBER SHIT!" as I tried to explain to him the history of the repairs in his shop so he can get a better understanding of my problem and how their solution didn't fix it. This visit left me $494.35 out and into Greg's pocket because Greg just likes to throw parts at cars in a "hail mary" attempt to see if it fixes the issue. He even said they test ran the car and the noise was gone. Needless to say, I got the job I assumed my car needed at another repair shop and guess what, Greg, the noise is GONE!! All it needed was new brake pads and a new front left rotor... lol. ALSO FOR WAY CHEAPER! Greg was trying to scam me again $501.18 to fix the issue he should have fixed the FIRST time. Greg even tried to tell me it was a new noise when I clearly wrote in their check in forms the previous time to check a noise in the front left tire of the car. He accused me of being a liar and I reminded him that I wrote that on the receipts. So we went and checked. When I asked to see them he said "You should have your own copies!" He was reluctant to show me the proof but eventually gave in and..lo and behold. I was right..it wasn't a new noise. Anyway, I will share with you a youtube video. The first 2 minutes go into detail of how a car's brakes work since apparently you didn't know. MY ISSUE SPECIFICALLY is explained at 1:28 to 1:40 minute marks in the video. I took my 2005 Kia Sorento to One Stop Auto 7300 Azure 89130, early May 2022. Check engine light was on but running fine besides the annoying light, I got a code PO335 = crank sensor; I believe. Greg said he needed to run a code scan then would call me, I asked to do the brakes also. Greg called said it was as I said but because of the labor to get to it once in there he recommend that I do the camshaft sensor as well along with the timing belt, pulley, tensioners' and water pump they would be good for another 100kmiles as recommended by the manufacture, I agreed. Two weeks later I called asking for an update; Greg said he had to buy the special tool that cost $3000.00 to set the timing belt. My mind went blank because I've changed the water pump and timing belt when it turned 108k miles several years earlier and I didn't need a special tool?? I picked up the car on 5-21-22 and paid $2,299.00. when I started car it felt kind of strange but then I had not driven it for 3 weeks (mind you he had it ALL this time and my thought is he never touched it until I called to enquire what was going on.) I parked it in the garage 5-6 miles away, went to get pizza next day started the car and it was shaking and it scared me. I thought OMGoosh the timing jumped! I called One Stop Monday and told Greg I thought the timing had jumped. Greg said bring it in, so I did around 5-24-25, 2022. After a week oh him having it again, I called Greg and he told me they were still trying to figure it out by running all kinds of fuel pressure test, ect.... Several days later I got a call from Greg and he said it needed new sparkplugs and spark plug wires at a cost of $296.31.I told him to do it. I was tired of only having one car for the past 6 weeks or so, when I finally picked up the card Greg said it runs like a champ, the timing is spot on. He showed me some old spark plugs, gave them to me and said here lies the problem along with some spark plug wires. I left in the car and drove it a day or so not liking the way it felt but I trusted Greg. Then the check engine light came on again! I called Greg, he said "bring it back in". Feels like a famous quote now! I thought to myself and said NO WAY! At that point I spoke with several different people about the problem and started diagnosing the problem myself. I have a newly purchased OCB scanner so I kept getting a PO302, PO304, PO306. I did everything imaginable that I thought could be related to that misfire on those cylinders even as far as replacing all 6 fuel injectors, new NGK coils and spark plug wires, NGK spark plugs and both O2 sensors' on the number two bank. Nothing worked! I saw there was a timing gear inspection cover drivers side I removed it and noticed that the gears were about two teeth on one gear and another 7-8 teeth off the timing manufactures' timing marks on the engine block. So through a lot of knuckle busting and sweat and foul language I was able to remove all items in the ways of inspecting the 5 timing gears to the manufactures' markings on the engine block. I put the crank shaft top dead center looked at the 4 valve gears and 3 out of the 4 were off. I do not know how the car even ran most importantly I'm so glad I had the smarts not to continue to drive and investigate myself and not return it to One Stop Auto. All parts that One Stop Auto said they installed have been replaced by me with OEM quality parts, not ones bought off the internet. I timed the engine once I bought a new timing belt kit. I had no trust that they even replaced what they said they did. Car is back together and runs like new 3 weeks later driven daily. I asked for a refund Greg told me I'm not getting anything back and he was very defensive and would not give me copies of my invoices. What are you hiding Greg? He questioned my integrity and knowledge of the repair, really?! I'm the one who ended up fixing it! This is a warning for anyone needing professional car repair, Do NOT go to One Stop Auto. I have enough knowledge to do the work but didn't want to deal so I opted and trusted them and yet ended up having to do it all myself anyway and paid a major amount or $$$ and time and physical pain and sweat. read more

Been doing business with this auto repair shop and gave them a 5star rating, but they diffently changed. I brought my same 1979 Datsun into the shop to repair drivers side door latche. Greg said he could fix the problem, no worries, charged me $125 and the door opened and closed. Drove home, 3 miles pulled into garage and I couldn't open the door. Had to climb out the back hatch back. Called One stop, Greg said bring it back they will take care of the problem. I'm a 71 yr old easy going person, worked on cars when I was young. Left the car and called a Uber to take me home. Next day Greg called me and tells me the latch assembly needed to replace, but couldn't find the part. Asked me to call around and find one, I thought that was strange, but the car is 40yrs old ( didn't know he was having problems with parts warhouses) drove all over Las Vegas and found one at a parts store on the other side of town. Brought the part to Greg, said he would get it fixed ASAP. Greg called me said it was the wrong part, must have been labeled wrong, drove all the over to the other side of town to get my money back, upon returning he didn't answer the door he was in another room screaming at his mechanic about another issue. Finally opened the door and said he couldn't fix the latch. Still charging me $125 and riding all over town looking for a latch costing me a full day and a tank full of gas. I found a young lad at a Mercedes repair shop, fixed the latch ,charged me $25. If a shop states they can fix your car and has the customer looking all over the country for this part when all it needed was a good mechanic to fix the existing one, really can get someone very angry. I am 100% disabled Veteran from Vietnam and have a severe case of PTSD being wounded three times served with the 75th Rangers 100st Airborne 327th Infantry, have been taking meds for 50yrs. I have stayed away from this One Stop Rip Off Place! For over a year. Haven't had any problems with the car,did have to readjust the lifters where they also failed when they did the work. One Stop Auto is the worst auto shop ever. They replaced 3 ac compressors in 10 months on our vehicle. This last time we took it in he wanted to to charge us another $850. on top of the $1,350. we've already paid. This guy has been ripping people off for a long time. He also fixed my other vehicle to pass smog last May. The check engine light was off long enough to pass smog and came back on 4 miles after I smogged it and has been on ever since. Should be called don't stop here auto. Brought my wife's Jeep Wrangler here for a diagnosis of a cylinder 6 misfire. They performed the diagnosis and found the compression in cylinder 6 low. All that was fine but what they wanted to do to fix it was not normal. They quoted us $2700 to fix the issue. This was to take the defective head off send it to a machine shop to re valve cylinder #6 and replace the rocker arm. I'm glad I didn't let these goobers fix it. Got the problem fixed at another shop for $1500 with a new cylinder head installed. Why would I want a defective head machined and cylinder #6 re valved when you can buy a whole new head for $400. This place was trying to nickel and dime us for sure. read more

Just as I was driving home from dropping the dogs off at the kennel, my engine light went on. I noticed reduced responsiveness upon acceleration. Being new to the area, it's really hard to know where to go when trustworthiness is so important. My husband called One Stop Auto and were told to bring the car in. Once we got there, they took the car in for diagnostics right away. After a few minutes, we were told that the diagnostic codes indicated a transmission problem. This review is for One Stop Auto on W. Azure: Second time there. First time, good price, done correctly and on time. Second visit, little different. Had my car towed in because even I knew it needed a fuel pump and I'm not a mechanic. I gave them two stars because it was done on time and again so far, work seems good. Here's the problem: I was never offered options on the pump. I assumed they'd install original equipment for my 2007 Saturn Aura. BAD ASSUMPTION!!!! They installed a $438 pump, probably double an original. Labor was $230. My wife picked the car up and was told pump had a life time warranty. Big deal. The car is 11 years old and has 100,000 miles on it. Doubt if it's going to last another 11 years and even if it does, that's how long the factory fuel pump lasted. When I spoke to Gregg, the owner, and told him the problem, he should have told me my options. He did not! I worked in an industry that involved options and always told the customers, then they made the choice. That's honesty. I went to talk with him about this life time warranty on 6-26-18 and he said if it fails, they remove it, get me a free replacement, but I pay the labor again. I asked how life time warranty would work if I happen to be visiting a relative in Albuquerque, 700 miles away; and he said, to have a mechanic remove it, overnight it to him, he gets a new one and overnights it back to me. So that means two things. I have to pay another mechanic to remove and install, pay overnight shipping both ways and be without a car for at least three days. Second thing is, life time warranty only has value if I crap out within 50 miles of his shop. Then I can have AAA tow me for free. When I was asking him questions, his attitude was not "f" you but more like a shrug and tough s..t, that's life. I like the work but would have appreciated a bit more integrity; but, I guess this is pretty normal for Vegas mechanics. Lastly, the friend who put me on to One Stop had a similar experience. First time great, second time work he had done was done wrong and he had to have another guy, a mobile mechanic fixed it. Gregg, if there are options, GIVE THEM. read more

This was a terrible experience all the way around. Called business and spoke with Greg about repairing an engine with a broken timing belt. He stated on the phone that his "Volvo guy" thought the engine could be repaired, the business is close to my home and I was frankly out of options. Greg quoted me a price that was acceptable and I had the vehicle towed into the shop. Things went south from there: 1. Called one day to check on the vehicle's status and was given the "cold shoulder" about my concerns regarding the vehicle. 2. Received a rambling phone call from Greg that stated the costs had increased and that he needed to buy an entire new timing belt kit to replace a bad part. He was surprised for some reason when I reminded him that there was a kit in the rear of the vehicle as we had spoken about the several times we talked. Received a callback that said parts were "missing" from the kit; how or why this happened when it had only been in two places is never explained. Was told that the two (Yes, two) earlier quotes would have to be revised. 3. Received a series of texts from Greg following a request for a photo of the damaged part. They were so bizarre that I wasn't certain how to respond. 4. Received a total that exceeded the original quote which was the reason why I brought the vehicle to the shop) by nearly $800 USD and the "second quote" by more than $500 USD. When I responded to this with the reality that I couldn't pay that, I received more rambling texts and a phone call that included what I felt was a clear threat to leave the vehicle disassembled. Since I wasn't certain how good of a job that they had done, and since the new bill exceeded the value of the car, I simply responded that I would offer them the car in lieu of payment. This prompted a sudden lowering of the bill along with even more rambling from Greg which included him contradicting himself within his own sentences on several occasions. He also told me that he had informed me of things and that we had "talked" when those events and actions never occurred. At the time that I'm writing this Yelp review, I have yet to receive the vehicle in working order, and I have serious doubts about that occurring. I regret both taking my vehicle to this business as well as not reading all of the Google reviews BEFORE I even considered it. I don't have high hopes for the work that's been done or the future longevity of my car. I would advise that if you choose to patronize this business, that you get EVERYTHING in writing, that you document all of your interactions with the manager (I have), and that you make certain that the work that you request or that was promised is done to the specifications that were agreed upon. I failed to do this, and like I said, I'm regretting my decision to ever engage with this business. I will not use this business again; nor could i recommend it to others. I have zero trust in you, and you confirmed that opinion when you blamed your error on someone tampering with my car. What is more reasonable to believe? That the shop where I just got an oil change at didn't screw the plug on tight enough causing my oil to leak all over and almost blowing my engine OR someone crawled under my car loosened my plug but made sure not to steal anything from my car and made sure not to cause any other damage to my car in the process?
