Something Feels Off Here..." I brought my car to Your Auto for what I thought would be a straightforward repair. The first visit cost me about $450 -- part and labor included. Unfortunately, the part they used turned out to be faulty. When I brought the car back, Kal (the shop owner) replaced the part, but this time said he would only charge for labor since the replacement part was "covered." That sounded fair... until I got the bill -- another $450. So basically, the total came out to the exact same amount as the first time, even though this visit supposedly only covered labor. The numbers don't quite add up, and that's what makes it feel sketchy. To make matters worse, it's 2025, and this business still has no website, no clear contact info, no online service records, and no transparency about pricing or warranties. That's a big red flag for any auto shop today. I am very dissatisfied. I came in and spent $1700 dollars. Just to leave and my car is having issues that I wasn't having prior to bringing my car here to service. Now Spending $300 dollars for spark plugs is insane. Also for them to tell me my battery is bad, which is odd seeing that I get my battery tested every oil change appointment and I've always been told that's was good. If my inspection was done properly on my first visit this issue should've been brought to my attention then. I would not recommend this place because they are not trustworthy. They took advantage the situation and basically screwed me out of an additional $240 dollars for labor since my spark plugs was only $55 dollars. Please take your services elsewhere or just get a second opinion. I don't care how nice or friendly they portray to be their intentions aren't genuine. I was lied to about the parts on my truck, needing to be replaced. I have a Dodge truck about 82000 miles for being 17 yes old, I didn't drive it much. The shop was taking my manufactured parts and replacing it with different parts, kal was very friendly saying he was honest and helping me he was not. I told him I know my truck. He took my muffler off and replaced it. Also he put it half on, it was hanging off, I could have had an accident. Kal said he check all the mechanics work. Terrible place of business. My motor was killed due to valvoline (This Business's neighbor) messing up my engine and they took responsibility to replace the engine. But decided to have it sent over here to their neighbor and let me tell you how bad of a business they are. Initially they did all the work on the motor how they were supposed to as contracted by valvoline. It took them about 3 weeks to find a motor and get it installed. Immediately after collecting my vehicle from them I had a check engine light that was on that was previously not there. The owner of the shop said it was something to do with pending codes and the O2 sensors and then charged me $600 to replace the sensors. Then after the job was completed, it fixed absolutely no problems and the owner just said to drive on the new sensors for a while and the code will go away. 5k miles later the code is still there, and I begin having other random engine issues like minor sounds coming from the engine bay. I called the shop to ask about what's going on and they said that I should go take it to the dealership to get it checked out. Note that this was not even 1-2 months after they installed the new motor and are now refusing to warranty anything about it. Roughly 20k miles after receiving the new motor (engine light still on), I began hearing insanely loud noises from the engine bay. I had it towed back to this shop as they were the ones who installed this faulty motor and they should be the ones to fix it. This is where things began to get really shady. All of a sudden they didn't have record of me being a customer anymore in their shop whatsoever (Tax Fraud), even though I have bank statements proving that I have been there and have had services completed. They refused to take responsibility for anything and told me to take the car to the dealership and pester them about it. When I went to the shop to get paperwork for the work done there, they completely refused to help me and actually began to get hostile, and the front desk worker (big mexican guy) even flashed his pistol at me. I am currently working on a lawsuit against this company. But in the meantime I highly recommend that you avoid this shop at all costs! Extremely shady and very disrespectful staff, If you need good work done I'd take a look into "Aftermarket Gurus" they are truly honest, friendly mechanics and have since taken care of me since this incident. read more

They all quoted over 1 grand saying its multiple components needed to be replaced. He and his guys look at my trucks suspension and found the problem which was my lower control arm and quoted me 550$. He told me other shops will try and get me for my money. So I had brought my car there to get an oil change. The gentlemen was very kind and explained everything while he did what he had to do. So it's now time to get my oil change done again and this time I'm doing it by HAND because it's cheaper. Well, they tightened my bolt for my oil pan so tight it got stripped a bit. And the oil filter is so damn tight I cannot get it off !! 10 mins trying and nothing!!! So I have to go and eat a tool to get that filter off... I like the employees but YOU SHOULD never use power tools for the oil pan or oil filter!!! read more

How unscrupulous can a person be to charge for parts that were not put on a vehicle???? Almost $700 in parts and labor worth nothing in the end. Took it back to him and Owner had the nerve to try to put blame on a bad valve. The nerves to try to sell me another part after telling me what the problem was.
