Despite my roof already being under warranty from a previous owner through the original roofer, I had a hard time getting a hold of them and I didn't really trust them anyways. I'd rather pay someone to do the job right. Roof4Roof didn't come across as being super pushy and honestly suggested the work that needed to be done. Second time, I brought them out to replace some really old skylights that were super drafty and probably were going to start leaking any day. It's surprisingly hard to find roofers who want to replace skylights without doing a complete re-roof. I'm not really sure why. It shouldn't be impossible to just replace the skylight without impacting the integrity of the roof. Probably just a matter of other roofers just trying to get more money out of you. Roof4Roof made some good recommendations on what type of skylight to get -- again, not pushing the most expensive option but the one that made sense for my situation. Both times, I was happy with all of my interactions with Roof4Roof. I never had a problem reaching them either by phone or email when I needed to. That last part is key -- it's amazing how so many service providers only want to talk over the phone but I've done a lot of my business with Roof4Roof over email. Their prices may be a little higher than other roofers but you get what you pay for. Piece of mind and confidence in the people you work with is important to me. The crew worked quietly, were thorough, cleaned up, and left within 4 hours. Mr. Ray came by as they left, confirmed the work was done correctly, answered questions, and assured me they would return to do the job again for free if I had any problems in that area.
