Claude is a very knowledgeable arborist. He has taken care of our Chilean Mesquite since it was planted four years ago. Look at it now. The tree is now over 30 feet tall, and sprawls like mad. Claude keeps it in check and healthy. Our concerns were that the tree would overgrow and reduce the energy production of our solar panels. Because of Claude's help, we do not worry about this wonderful tree that adds so much appeal to the front of our home. We have a Velvet Ash in the back and it was really suffering before he started pruning it. There is still a "hole" in the middle of the crown, but it is coming back nicely. read more

I hired AAA Tree Service for tree removal work at my property in Las Vegas. While the tree work itself was generally acceptable, the handling of the property damage afterward was extremely unprofessional. During the job, the company damaged my gate and fence, landscaping bushes, and the concrete border along my driveway. Claude informed my husband that the gate had been damaged, which he later described as "taking responsibility," but there was no actual effort made to coordinate repairs or resolve the issue afterward. I had to repeatedly follow up for more than a week just to get movement toward addressing the damage. When I requested that the gate be properly repaired or replaced, I was repeatedly told I was being unreasonable for expecting the contractor to pay for damage caused during the work. I requested the company's insurance information multiple times so the matter could be handled properly, but that information was never provided despite the company website stating that the business is insured. Instead, I was pressured to accept inadequate solutions, including replacing the damaged gate with used materials. I also had to obtain my own estimates and manage the repair process myself. I was also told that if he properly repaired the damage, he would not make money on the job. At one point, he also "joked" that he would waive the undisclosed $200 processing fee to help offset the approximately $4,000 gate replacement his company caused. In addition to the property damage issues, debris was left behind in the yard for us to clean up ourselves. Although partial payment was eventually provided toward replacement of the gate and fence, the process required extensive follow-up and unnecessary conflict to reach even that point. If you hire this company, understand that you may also be responsible for managing and fighting through the repair process if their equipment damages your property. read more

Called Monday, serviced Friday. Claude was extremely professional, timely and did a great job. Even did a few tress he hadn't quoted me.. and did not charge me more. Great service, on time and I will have him back next time. Thank you. Claude. read more

Removed our large tree. Happy the tree is gone; however, he did leave a pile of shavings saying the wind would just blow it all away so no point in cleaning it up--1.5 years later, a large portion is still there. He also did not move the concrete divider trim around the tree and crushed the pieces with large sections of the tree. Didn't realize it because it was buried under all the tree limbs and such when I took pics during removal. Gave me a quote and we agreed and then when it was time to pay he overcharged me so I called and said it wasn't the right amount and he said he never quoted me the amount I was saying and then finally refunded me the difference, so make sure you both write it down and sign! read more

We're still new to the area as home owners. My husband made several calls to find a company to trim our 19 trees. My husband was so impressed with Claude that he decided, right then and there, we were going to utilize AAA Professional Tree Service not only for their tree service but for his knowledge! He advised me which trees were "sick" and exactly how to treat them! The Crew arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. They left my lot cleaner than they found it! And Claude played with my big dog instead of freezing or running from her...THAT was an added bonus!!! We have found our company for all things tree related. If you're reading this STOP and call Claude right now! Really...do it! read more

I recommend AAA Professional Tree Service to anyone seeking complete tree removal. AAA Professional Tree Service provided an accurate estimate by phone, arrived at the appointment on time, completed a large tree removal quickly, and cleaned up the work area. Their professional and friendly team completed the job without any issues or challenges. Great work! I've included a picture of the tree removed (before removal). There was no reason for an after-removal view, as the tree is gone and looks like it was never there before. read more

Claude's business came at the recommendation of my dad who, having owned a construction business for over 25 years, got to know a lot of adjacent businesses in town. I had an over-two-storied tree in my backyard which he trimmed in 2019 and did a great job. Five years later, the tree got out of control and I decided I wanted it out. Claude came back in Oct. of 2024 for a removal consultation and said the trunk was cracking and wouldn't be viable much longer. Getting a tree of this magnitude removed isn't cheap, but he's got some great tools (bucket crane, massive chipper, a device resembling a giant chainsaw to pulverize the stump), knowledge, and experience that made it a quick 4-5 hour job (which included a break and a run back to HQ to swap out equipment). To say the least, that won't be an issue anymore. It's all gone now. read more

I have not used this business yet or got a quote. I talked to Claude and thought I would need his service for stump removal. My neighbor wants to cut one of my trees down and it is still alive and not hurting anything. It is pine and messy and she is blaming one of my pines out of 5 of them because she gets a mess in her pool. I cannot control the weather and why that tree? Long story short my heart won't let me let anyone kill a tree that is not hurting anything. I was trying to make her happy but it's not the right thing to do. The purpose of this review is Claude's honesty. He said he wouldn't kill a live tree, but if anything is hanging over the wall it should be trimmed . I sent pictures showing the tree is not hanging over . If you're looking for honesty call Claude. I am sure I will use him in the future. He gave his time after a long day for free. read more

Claude was referred to me by my neighbor who had been using his service for several years. He has been trimming my trees now for the last several years. He is professional, personable and delivers what he promises. He offers experience and integrity at fair prices without the hard-sell tactics so common-place in many businesses. If your tree and shrubbery landscape could use a facelift give Claude a call. Satisfaction guaranteed isn't just a glib cliché for Claude, it's his promise to do the very best job possible for you. read more

Courteous, knowledgeable and prompt service - the entire job was smooth sailing! He's now "my tree man."

We had 3 palm trees that needed removal as their roots were placing stress on a retaining wall in our yard. We scheduled an estimate. Claude came to evaluate the work and was quite honest about the best way to handle the job. After getting a few other quotes from other businesses, we chose them for the reasonable price. They arrived to do the job and completed the removal efficiently. Overall, we are happy with the service provided and the work was done well. The reason for losing a star is twofold. First, we asked for a clear written estimate. What we were given at first was scribbling on the back of a business card. After insisting on something more formal as I expect from licensed contractors, he brought it over the same day as showing up to do the job. We were a little surprised that he planned to do the work at the same time. Just some poor communication whether from us or them (not sure). He also wanted to be paid by cash which I never do with home service vendors for legal reasons. Ultimately, he did accept a check which I do appreciate, but it makes me wonder about a business that prefers cash and tries to operate under the table. I am quite sure what we paid for the work was not discounted with saving on their taxes in mind. read more

They do excellent work...efficiently. clean-up is outstanding, prompt and courteous.

Claud is an honest Professional Gentleman! He came within the hour, one of the most windy days ever to fix the tree damage. His pricing is reasonable.... It can't get any better than that! Today October 30, 2017 I called Claud and he did ANOTHER AMAZING JOB! read more

I was searching for an arborist to trim the very overgrown Mesquite tree in my backyard. I found AAA Professional Tree Service and liked the reviews. Claude, the owner, came out to do a free estimate that seemed reasonable for the work that needed to be done. We made an appointment and he arrived on time with his assistant Leo. Claude was professional and extremely proficient. I appreciated that he took the time to explain his process and how it would benefit the tree. All debris was removed from my yard and placed in his chipper. I would definitely recommend Claude and will use his service again. Thanks Claude! read more

When other tree companies were telling me there was a 3 to 5-week wait for tree service to be performed, Claude Langlois (AAA Professional Tree Service with 30 years of experience) was able to come out and take care of this job in less than one week from when I first contacted him. He also happened to have the best price overall, $300.00 total. Claude and his employee arrived about one hour earlier than expected on 09/02/2020 (a good thing since I had another service call scheduled later that same day) and promptly got to work. While other tree service companies that I have used in the past have had to physically climb each of my Mexican palm trees, Claude came with a boom truck and quickly and efficiently trimmed both these palms, near the back wall on my corner lot with street access, doing a great job overall. The large Canary palm required more hands-on work. but it too was whipped into shape, in particular removing all fronds protruding into my neighbor's property (roof, etc.). Afterwards all debris was removed and I liked the overall job so much that I sent Claude on his way with a large package of Australian cookies, something that I do not do with every service provider. I plan on calling Claude once again next year or for any other unanticipated tree service needs that may arise in the meantime. Perhaps you should consider using Claude and his tree service company too? read more

Claude was a one man show with our project. Three 15 year old, fully grown mesquite and twos later... It was successful. Claude was very professional and knowledgeable of his work. He had all the equipment that was necessary to get the job done, minus his helper. One man short, he gave me a time frame and he succeeded and out surpassed expectations. His price was very reasonably. Thanks for not gauging Claude! Definitely recommend this guy for cheap and excellent work. read more

AAA Professional Tree Service - Thanks for the great work Claude! - Tree Services Near Me

Claude came to my home and removed two stumps. He was on time and very efficient. He had the required tools to complete the job. Thanks

What I liked: 1. Claude is a down to earth guy. Easy to communicate with. Seemed honest and hard working. 2. Price was reasonable: $45 dollars less than the competition. 3. Work was done very well. Areas that can be improved upon: 1. I got the sense that Claude does most of the work himself. Therefore he seems very busy and it is important to keep in communication with him to make sure that scheduled times haven't changed. It wasn't a big deal for me but if I hadn't called I'm not sure if the change in schedule would have been communicated. 2. He had left some of his tools in his other truck. This didn't impact me, it just made the work a lot harder for him. But as I said before he got the job done very well. Would I use his services again: Absolutely! Thanks for the good work! read more

I took most of the tree down myself. I called them to remove the 6ft tall trunk. Claude was nice & friendly when he came to give me an estimate. He seemed certain that there would be a lot more roots other than what were visible from me digging. He said that there was no way of knowing for sure & said that it would be about $200. A couple of days later he wrapped a chain around it & pulled it out with his pickup trunk. The trunk fell into the side of a bush causing some damage - I guess this was understandable but it irked me because he didn't acknowledge it. They had a very hard time cutting it up for removal and he told me that his chainsaw was dull from the previous job. I thought it odd that he wouldn't have a spare on hand if this is your business. It was hot and they were sweating from the struggle. When I asked how much to make out the check for he said $200. I questioned it saying that there were no hidden roots and his response was that $200 is my minimum for a job like this. I f that were the case he should have told me that up front & not made it sound like it might be less. It just made me feel like I was charged a bit extra because his chainsaw was dull & made the job difficult. read more

This company deserves nothing less than 5 stars. I am so amazed by their professionalism and expertise. I found them online and called for an estimate, 20 minutes later Claude came by the house to look at the trees and give us an estimate in person. We wanted our two palms trimmed in our backyard, and when he came by he quoted us a VERY reasonable price for all the work that needed to be done. My palms were so over grown, he said it had been 4 or 5 years since they had been trimmed last. On top of that I have a very small yard, and very tall palms, all the work could only be done by ladder. When he came to trim the palms a couple days later, he was here exactly when he said he would be. It was so much work, my yard was filled to the brim with dead palms, and it was all done in less than an hour. Removal, blowing the yard, and all. Claude and his employee did such amazing work, our palms look wonderful for the first time since we lived in this house. Claude is so friendly and nice, I finally have someone I can trust and rely on to maintain my palms. I highly suggest AAA Tree Service for any of your tree needs. Thank you for your excellent service Claude!! read more
