The tree is now over 30 feet tall, and sprawls like mad. Claude keeps it in check and healthy. Our concerns were that the tree would overgrow and reduce the energy production of our solar panels. Because of Claude's help, we do not worry about this wonderful tree that adds so much appeal to the front of our home. We have a Velvet Ash in the back and it was really suffering before he started pruning it. There is still a "hole" in the middle of the crown, but it is coming back nicely.

During the job, the company damaged my gate and fence, landscaping bushes, and the concrete border along my driveway. Claude informed my husband that the gate had been damaged, which he later described as "taking responsibility," but there was no actual effort made to coordinate repairs or resolve the issue afterward. I had to repeatedly follow up for more than a week just to get movement toward addressing the damage. When I requested that the gate be properly repaired or replaced, I was repeatedly told I was being unreasonable for expecting the contractor to pay for damage caused during the work. I requested the company's insurance information multiple times so the matter could be handled properly, but that information was never provided despite the company website stating that the business is insured. Instead, I was pressured to accept inadequate solutions, including replacing the damaged gate with used materials. I also had to obtain my own estimates and manage the repair process myself. I was also told that if he properly repaired the damage, he would not make money on the job. At one point, he also "joked" that he would waive the undisclosed $200 processing fee to help offset the approximately $4,000 gate replacement his company caused. In addition to the property damage issues, debris was left behind in the yard for us to clean up ourselves. Although partial payment was eventually provided toward replacement of the gate and fence, the process required extensive follow-up and unnecessary conflict to reach even that point. If you hire this company, understand that you may also be responsible for managing and fighting through the repair process if their equipment damages your property.

We had a tree in our front yard that was planted when the house was built, which was 25 years ago, and it was getting really huge. We had had the tree trimmed multiple times since we moved in 7 years ago, but it was getting really, really big. Loved the tree, but we were finding tree roots in places we shouldn't have found them. I called for a estimate for removing the tree, and Arbor came out and took a look. Their estimate was more than fair for the scope of work - remove the old tree, plant the new tree, skin 5 large canary palms, trim up the two trees on one side of the yard and remove the overhanging huge branches from the house behind us (yes, the owner knew and agreed to the trim on his tree). The crew was on time, they were professional, they cleaned everything up and did a fantastic job. The job took 5 hours, and 1 hour of that was getting the new tree in. Arbor is a high, high recommend from us! Note - the tree on the left is what they removed and the tree on the right is the new one. As you can see, the old tree was rather large.

They use a professional BUCKET truck to trim my tree. This is VERY important since arborists that climb the trees are not as able to direct the dropped palm fronds (leaves) to ensure they dont damage YOUR property. Other tree trimmers have broken my roof tiles that are $35 each! I watched Arbor tree service as they CAREFULLY cut each frond from the palm, and then dropped it in the exact position they wanted it so it did not hit my roof. When they trimmed the ones by the roof, he would grab it and then move the bucket away from the house and drop the front. To me this shows me they CARE. They also had a guy standing by my car just incase a front was coming close, he could "bat" it with a broom. They had another guy picking up the fronds and putting them into the shredder to take it away. I highly recommend Arbor Tree Service over other tree service companies in LV.
