Yikes. The workers were great, ontime and they cleaned up nicely. The owner on the other hand, was extremely rude to me. I sent a check, that was not written very clearly, and he acted like I was trying to screw him over. My handwriting is sloppy but I have never had a check not go through. I like to higher people with integrity, and who treat people kindly. I definitely did not get that from the owner. Had a palm tree in the front yard that needed to be taken down , asked for a quote on line, he called that day, sent over an invoice, and 2 days later, called and said that he could do it that day. They arrived at 9am, done 1 hr later, they took away all the palm fronds I had tied up, swept the yard, used a blower on my driveway, side walk got rid of all debris, they went above and beyond. I had to have 2 tree stumps removed ASAP. I called at 8 am and they were in my backyard by 2.5 hours! Talk about fast service and expedited workmanship! These guys are awesome! I was very pleased with many things about their work. Ryan and his assistant, Brennan, showed up on time, had all the right equipment, and worked swiftly and efficiently to get the job done. They're were very courteous, conscientious, and professional throughout. I needed some Eucalyptus trees (two of them quite large) and one large Mesquite removed. What can I say about Ryan? This guy runs a professional operation top to bottom. He was the least expensive of all the bids we got and the price was low for the quality of his work. Everyone else wanted to cut the trees down in pieces and haul them around our pool, I can only imagine the mess I would have been left with. Ryan brought in a crane and lifted the trees over the house into a trailer, 4 trees,one and a half hours, start to finish and swept up the saw dust and debris. When he was finished there was nothing for me to clean up. This guy can come for a BBQ at my house anytime he wants. I had a tree stump that needed removal in a tight spot in the front of my house. I wanted it removed quickly so I could work on getting a replacement. Ryan was quick to answer my call, give an accurate estimate and also come out later the same day and remove the trunk. He also did a great job removing the trunk leaving me enough room to plant a new tree. I need to also add there a few irrigation lines, a paver staircase and a nice small shrub all around the tree that suffered no damage or scrapes from his work and all were just a few inches away from my stump. A few weeks ago I lost my pepper tree to the wind storm we had. Ryan's team was the only one available to actually come out and remove it that same day. In fact, they were at my house within a few hours of the call. So that impressed me. But then, when my check got lost in the mail and I had to send another one via certified mail, Ryan actually took the time to hand-deliver my original check back to me, and he also covered the cost of the certified mail. Ryan did a free estimate, which I appreciate. He came to my home to trim my outgrown, out of control mesquite tree. He trimmed the tree, chipped up the branches and turned the bigger branches into firewood for me to keep. He had the right equipment (bucket truck) to take care of the taller branches in the tree. I was scheduled for service but because of a death in the family I had to cancelled services. I notified the owner (Ryan) to informed him that morning and asked him if I could get back the check (in full) that I had written for the services. He stated that the checked had been deposit in the overnight deposit box at the bank and a check would be written for me the following day in and that it would take 5 days for me to receive it. I was so thankful because I could use all the money I could due to the circumstances. About 2 days later I got a called from the owner Ryan that his company will write me a check but will be holding back 20% of the amount. He stated that he was asked if the full amount of the check would be written out and that he told his billing department that he will be keeping 20% for services that were not commence or completed. I understand rules and regs are place for companies to keep their business afloat but I could really had used this money to help my family with the burden at hand. Ryan could of had made and exception as the owner and helped a family in need but I get it... Business as usual no matter what and forget CUSTOMER SERVICE.
