Ryan and his crew arrived today shortly before 7 AM and within two hours had completed the expert trimming of nine palm trees followed by a full yard cleanup. Every year I contract this work with Ryans Tree Care due to their quality service at a very reasonable price which is second to none in my opinion. Highly recommended!! read more

Ryan came ASAP to diagnose my tree problem. He spoke clear and accurately and was the most helpful of all the "experts" I have consulted. He could not have been more thorough and professional. While here he spotted a major problem with my irrigation fertilizer system. He Just took charge, spotted the problem, and fixed it for me on the spot, after he went back to his shop to get some parts and liquid fertilizer. I was back in operation in a matter of a couple of hours, saving me a HUGE water bill and possible damage to my landscaping. His prices were fair and reasonable and service well beyond the expected. Unqualified recommendation. Thanks, Ryan. read more

Ryan responded promptly to my call and arrived at our property to assess our trees. He was extremely professional and provided some possible solutions to our problems. His recommendations were spot on and over a two week period we noticed great improvements. He returned, saw the progress and made additional recommendations. This consultation with Ryan saved us a fortune in replacement trees. I strongly recommend this company. read more

Top notch service. Fair price. Cut my two dead pine trees and cleaned up afterwards so well, not a trace of branches, leaves, pine cones, or dirt left. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing tree removal or any other tree services. read more

We have a lemon tree in our back yard that we inherited with the home purchase last year. I don't know that it was ever trimmed and was just completely overgrown. Ryans Tree Care to the rescue. Now my lemon tree looks as it should for this time of year, and hopefully as we follow the advice he gave we should have a bumper crop of lemons this fall. He also trimmed our apricot tree, and staked 3 of my 5 privet trees that were starting to lean from the fierce Vegas winds. We are very impressed with the efficiency, knowledge, and care that Ryan took in getting our trees looking good. Thank you so much! I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone looking for tree help. :) read more

Absolutely incredible and reliable!! This small business is vital to our community! Ryan's Tree Care conducted an emergency rescue mission to save a beloved pet parrot that was stuck in a huge palm tree in the middle of the night. First off, Ryan's communication was second to none! He responds promptly, returns calls and shows up on time. I appreciate doing business with people who are respectful and value my time. Ryan provided me all the necessary information to save my Italian cypress trees as well as giving me pointers for other shrubs that didn't make it during the hot summer. It's been 4 days since Ryan's house call and the trees already look a touch better! If you want someone that knows what he's doing and is clearly a professional I give my highest recommendation to Ryan's Tree Care read more

Yikes. The workers were great, ontime and they cleaned up nicely. The owner on the other hand, was extremely rude to me. I sent a check, that was not written very clearly, and he acted like I was trying to screw him over. My handwriting is sloppy but I have never had a check not go through. I like to higher people with integrity, and who treat people kindly. I definitely did not get that from the owner. I really want to support local business and not buy online but attitudes like this, make it difficult to support small businesses. read more

They did amazing on removing our tree and fixing up the rest of the bushes! Great prices and great service. read more

Had a palm tree in the front yard that needed to be taken down , asked for a quote on line, he called that day, sent over an invoice, and 2 days later, called and said that he could do it that day. They arrived at 9am, done 1 hr later, they took away all the palm fronds I had tied up, swept the yard, used a blower on my driveway, side walk got rid of all debris, they went above and beyond. I would and will recommend them to anyone who needs tree service. Thanks again, great job. read more

Ryan is a gentleman and returns phone messages. That's a real plus. I explained to Ryan my dilemma and ha said to me not a problem and began explaining to me the process. Ryan came by to see the trees in question early the next morning. I had a contract the following day, I gave him his deposit and we made arrangements to do the work within a few days. These guys are awesome! I was very pleased with many things about their work. Ryan and his assistant, Brennan, showed up on time, had all the right equipment, and worked swiftly and efficiently to get the job done. They're were very courteous, conscientious, and professional throughout. I needed some Eucalyptus trees (two of them quite large) and one large Mesquite removed. They completed most of the work in the first day and came back the next to finish up. They took a lot of care to get the job done safely and communicated with me along the way (and with each other via headsets, which I thought was pretty darned cool). read more

What can I say about Ryan? This guy runs a professional operation top to bottom. He was the least expensive of all the bids we got and the price was low for the quality of his work. Everyone else wanted to cut the trees down in pieces and haul them around our pool, I can only imagine the mess I would have been left with. Ryan brought in a crane and lifted the trees over the house into a trailer, 4 trees, one and a half hours, start to finish and swept up the saw dust and debris. When he was finished there was nothing for me to clean up. This guy can come for a BBQ at my house anytime he wants. If I ever need tree service again I won,t waist my time getting bids, I'll call Ryan. read more

Short, and to the point: Ryan is a honest and trustworthy person. Sometimes that is hard to find in Las Vegas, but our experiences with Ryan have all been outstanding. He knows what he's doing, does what he says he will do, is fair priced and stands behind his work. We highly recommend Ryan's Tree Care. read more

Ryan is great and honest businessman. I got a different company to also estimate and they were just quick to recommend that I remove my tree and grind the stump and the price they gave me was outrageous and I didn't feel like they even really care to examine my tree situation . Ryan on the other hand was informative and confident about his recommendation that keep my front tree and just give it a trim. I highly recommend Ryan's tree service. read more

I had a tree stump that needed removal in a tight spot in the front of my house. I wanted it removed quickly so I could work on getting a replacement. Ryan was quick to answer my call, give an accurate estimate and also come out later the same day and remove the trunk. He also did a great job removing the trunk leaving me enough room to plant a new tree. I need to also add there a few irrigation lines, a paver staircase and a nice small shrub all around the tree that suffered no damage or scrapes from his work and all were just a few inches away from my stump. He also gave great advice as to what I could do with the space. Ryan is a honest and reliable person and I would recommend him. read more

My toddler's birthday theme was a book about letters going up a coconut tree so I called around to see if it would be possible to get some palm fronds for decoration. I felt a little silly making my request over Ryan's voicemail, but to my surprise he called me back that evening and kindly agreed to help me out. Without even charging me for the trouble, Ryan was very sweet and professional through the entire coordination of picking up the fronds. He just seems like a really good person and I'll be recommending his company to anyone I know needing tree services. read more

I've used Ryan twice in the past year and he has done an excellent job each time. Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago I lost my pepper tree to the wind storm we had. Ryan's team was the only one available to actually come out and remove it that same day. In fact, they were at my house within a few hours of the call. So that impressed me. But then, when my check got lost in the mail and I had to send another one via certified mail, Ryan actually took the time to hand-deliver my original check back to me, and he also covered the cost of the certified mail. I definitely recommend this company for their promptness and professionalism!! read more

Ryan is very professional and did exactly as we wished with our service both last year and this year. Had some difficulty getting a time scheduled but it is that time of the year so I was not surprised and it did not bother us. We plan to continue to use Ryan's service when needed. read more

Ryan did a free estimate, which I appreciate. He came to my home to trim my outgrown, out of control mesquite tree. He trimmed the tree, chipped up the branches and turned the bigger branches into firewood for me to keep. He had the right equipment (bucket truck) to take care of the taller branches in the tree. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He cleaned all of the debris from my lawn. I would definitely call him again. read more

I was scheduled for service but because of a death in the family I had to cancelled services. I notified the owner (Ryan) to informed him that morning and asked him if I could get back the check (in full) that I had written for the services. He stated that the checked had been deposit in the overnight deposit box at the bank and a check would be written for me the following day in and that it would take 5 days for me to receive it. I was so thankful because I could use all the money I could due to the circumstances. About 2 days later I got a called from the owner Ryan that his company will write me a check but will be holding back 20% of the amount. He stated that he was asked if the full amount of the check would be written out and that he told his billing department that he will be keeping 20% for services that were not commence or completed. I understand rules and regs are place for companies to keep their business afloat but I could really had used this money to help my family with the burden at hand. Ryan could of had made and exception as the owner and helped a family in need but I get it... Business as usual no matter what and forget CUSTOMER SERVICE. I still need my palm trees service but when I get back on my feeIt I will not be calling this company for they truly ONLY care to fill their pockets. WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE. read more
