More issues with the communication from the office…read more Main issue was with A) communication: I had an appointment setup for next day in the afternoon and was supposed to get a confirmation in the morning, but didn't receive a call until around 12:30 PM saying they would have to reschedule for the next day. B) after a quick fix on the AC compressor, the unit stopped working again about 12-24 hours later. I called over the weekend + emailed through the website portal and when I got a callback Monday, the woman on the phone was a bit rude and in addition they would not have the technician come back out without another service fee charge ($250) on the repair they just performed ($300) less than 72 hours prior.
