Professional, on time, prompt, communicative, and super stylish :) I spoke with several different limo companies before I decided to book with these guys. They gave an accurate quote, answered all of my questions, and explained the process in detail. We booked for my daughter's 14th birthday and Buddy was nothing short of amazing with the kids! They all had a blast. He let us decorate the limo beforehand and even let us add a stop or two last minute. Super accommodating. The vehicle was clean, sanitized, and well maintained. The all black rims and nice tint on the limo were a bonus. He showed us now to use the Bluetooth speaker and was very kind. I'm only giving 5 starts because 10 isn't an option. Please keep in mind that this review is for services rendered over two years ago. My now husband rented a limo on the day he proposed. The job: take us to downtown Austin and back from Round Rock. The positives are that they were on time and we arrived safely to our destination. They were also on time for the pick-up and we arrived in Round Rock as scheduled. Here is the negative: The limo was rented on July 5, the middle of the summer and their A/C was out in the back where all the passengers ride. We asked repeatedly for the A/C to be put on. Because the driver's air was blasting in the front, he insisted that it worked. Meanwhile, we all roasted in the back. The shocks on that sucker reminded me of my school bus rides in the 3rd grade. The driver could have gotten away with charging a fee for a roller coaster ride after we were done. The driver was not very friendly and he was insistent on a tip. Here's a tip: Gratuities are not a right, they are a privilege and the are EARNED. He actually badgered my husband for a large tip after the ride home. I've never seen anything like it. We will NEVER use this service again. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I am a stickler for punctuality. read more

I am currently looking for transportation for my wedding for later this year. I contacted this company since I see them on my way to work. They emailed right back with prices. I noticed that their email wording had a few typos and thought, eh, easy mistake. I emailed them with a few questions. They only answered one question- with the answer in half all-caps, half lower case, no punctuation, and nothing else. I emailed back asking about the other questions. And I never heard back. This is for my wedding. I want someone reliable who answers back in a timely manner and knows how to correspond professionaly. My fiance and I both agreed that we shouldn't move forward just because of their prices. Their website is very enticing as well as their prices and fleet. But if they can't even have proper professional communication during the freaking INQUIRY process, I'm scared to know what the actual event will be like. I usually don't leave harsh reviews but this really turned me off and hope that they get their act together for future potential business. read more

I am not a customer, and never will be. On 5/21/2013, I was rear-ended by one of their drivers on 360 during rush hour traffic. No injuries, just body damage to my vehicle. I have since learned that they are being uncooperative with the claims adjuster representing their own insurance carrier, even hanging up on them and refusing to discuss the claim. After reading the other reviews, I see that this company does not have the best interests of ANYONE at heart, just their own pocketbooks. Stay FAR away from this company. They are an embarrassment to the Austin business community. And I have to add...they don't even try to hide the fact they are manufacturing their own reviews (check out the filtered reviews). Literally the worse limo ever. We specifically asked for a 2019 escalade limo, and we were promised one. Instead we got a disgusting rachet infinity 2005 limo. There was used solo cups in the limo and the windows had some gross residue of some sort on them. We were lied to as we specifically asked for the escalade. For some reason it seems like there are a lot of negative reviews of Limos companies. We hired these guys for our wedding and were really pleased. They were very prompt, arriving a good 15 minutes before we expected the, Our driver (Anthony, I believe) was very courteous and held doors and even took a few photos of our wedding party prior to getting in the car. I took one star off because the women at the office called a couple hours before they arrived saying she didn't get my email about our final destination. We were having a DYI wedding which meant I was at Central Market that morning getting our catered trays and generally feeling like a stressed bride. My only criticism is that they should have called the day prior if they hadn't gotten my email. Otherwise I highly recommend these guys. there pricing was also a little lower then other companies. read more

They suck! Like the other review my group also didn't have A/C in the back on a scorching summer afternoon, while the driver's A/C was fully functional. The driver tried to accomodate us as best he could. He called the office to relay the problem (nothing came out of it though) and then he promised that he would get us some form of discount. When i called a few days later to follow up on the discount, the owner (of all people!), told me that since I wasn't the one who called he couldn't help. After some back and forth yelling he finally told me he would look into it and call me back. Surprise! That jerk never called me back nor refunded any money. Their limos have no A/C the owner is shady I rented the limo for my parents 25th anniversary it should of been the white 2012 300c instead they send me a Hummer .the reason i had chosen the 300c was to accommodate my 90+year old grandmother. The WORST customer service I have ever encountered is with this company. I reserved and paid for the limo party (holds 26 people) and 15 min. before pick up received a call that the bus was out of service. Seriously, just 15 min before pick up time. So, talk to the driver, whom had no idea what to do or ideas on how to make arrangements. The owner or guy that works from the office calls me with major bad attitude, says that he will send 2 limos in place of the party bus, at even swap no price change!! I told him that was not a fair deal, that if he waived some of the cost, OR gave me a couple free hours for next time we'd make it work. He blew up and was the rudest business owner imaginable, he pretty much said- TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT- I couldn't believe the entire situation, after that I just asked for a full refund, and NEVER again will I rent from this place... if you plan on having an even or a special day BEWARE of this company, I have no idea how they've stayed in business this long. We ordered a Cadillac XTS to pick us up after our wedding, but we had a Black Suburban instead. It didn't really bother us at all because it was still very nice! We had Eddie as a driver and he had great customer service. He asked if we needed to pull over to allow my husband to take off his jacket. He also made sure we were cooled down with the A/C and offered us water during the drive. They are also really affordable as well. read more

This is the WORST Limo service I have EVER Used. Our Drivers name was AJ. He arrived 1 1/2 hours late and blamed us for not letting him know that the house was down a curvy road. However we didn't even know this because we were staying at a rental home so it was new to us as well. Regardless he could get down it but he was a HORRIBLE DRIVER. It took him over an hour to drive into town that is typically a 25-30 minute drive. We missed our dinner reservation but stopped at the restaurant to see if they would still serve us dinner. They wouldn't. Then he decided after the entire car was seated to go somewhere else to get out of the car - open the car door where we were sitting and YELL my name to get out of the car and give him a credit card and license. After doing so- I told him it was incredibly rude and I had never had a driver EVER treat a client like this. But it didn't end there. He stuck his head back in and yelled again- "IF ANYONE THROWS UP IN THE CAR IT WILL COST YOU $300!!!!" This was a group of 40-55 year old women. I called the office the next day to share my experience I had with the driver and they still charged me for the entire time. They didn't take off the hour and half that he was late or anything. The funeral home paid 1 week early and when they arrived to pick us up they asked for a credit card and threatened to leave if we didnt give them one. This limousine company is awful! The owner Mike is so unprofessional. We rented a limo for my sisters quinceañera and it turned out he booked us the wrong limo. He was unprofessional from the start, when we went in he was watching a movie in his office and had this uncarrying attitude towards us. Unfortunately, we went ahead and signed the contract and just a week before the party he called us and told us the transmission on the Infinity limousine was not working. But when we went in there we specifically told him we wanted to rent the Hummer not the infinity. Thats when we knew he booked the wrong limo and had to go down to his office. I got in a huge argument with him he was so disrespectful and wouldnt even admit he was in the wrong. He had already booked the same limo to somebody else and when we looked at the contracts in his office based on the dates we knew we had booked it first. He refused to get the other person involved and basically left me with no limo. I was so shocked in how little he really cared and being that he was the owner, I expected him to be professional. He ended up refunding our money and assured us we wouldnt find a limo for the party. But thankfully we called Limos of Austin and they were super nice and had a hummer available. I can't believe the worst service ever! I paid for half of the limo prior to my wedding. The day of my wedding was a disaster from this company. I paid for a limo for 3 hours only to have the dvd/cd player not to work. The driver couldn't wait til after I got done taking pictures for us to pay him so I had to stop just to pay the man just to get in the limo to not have ANY entertainment! I asked the driver to come fix it so I had to take time out of my drive to the hotel for the driver to TRY and fix it. Which it didn't get fixed so our drive got cut short to make it to the hotel on time. I still had 2 hours with the limo and I stated I wanted to limo to be parked out front so my guest could take pictures in front of the jet wing doors I got interrupted 3 times by the driver asking what he was supposed to do I told him to stay there as I paid for the limo so the 4th time he found me and asked what he was to do I told him to fuck off and stop bothering me. I paid for 3 hours of service only to get it for an hour and 30 minutes. I asked the driver to get some of my money back as we had no entertainment in the limo I was told to call the office so I did just to be told that it was my fault I had someone mess up the dvd/cd player and that it works perfectly fine now and then get hung up on! I will never book with them ever again in my life. I only booked because my husband likes tricked out cars and I thought getting him a tricked out limo would be cool but it was the worst experience ever and the shitty part was that this was my wedding! read more
