Austin Luxury Limousine was incredibly professional and very patient with our very loud and full-of-requests bachelorette party this past Friday night. Our driver, Russell, was very friendly, professional and did his best to get us around on the packed Austin streets. He's also very affordable compared to other similar services around town and the limo was definitely the nicest and cleanest I've ever been in. Seriously, if you're looking to live like a rock star for a night, you can't go wrong with Austin Luxury Limousine!

I wish I could explain how a palling my husband and I were treated by this company. Since I…read moreclearly am the one writing a review, I will tell you that I'm the person that speaks out when someone is being rude. my husband is not that person. He is the sweetest kindest man who just turns around and walks off without muttering a single word. He just takes it. We were trying to line up a limousine for our family to be taken to the airport for a fun trip. My Husband called this company and after repeatedly emailing them and not receiving any emails, she sent another email asking if they could please respond. Believe me, the email was very nice of course because it came from My Husband. I don't know if this guy owns the company or works there but he shouldn't work there and he shouldn't be in business because he was so incredibly rude to my husband after simply asking for a response to his email since we needed to plan the Disney trip. I then sent an email and told him I didn't appreciate the way that he spoke to My Husband and that he needed to make it right or I was going to write a bad review. He simply replied "go ahead, Karen. " I still have that email and I was honestly honestly nicer than I should have been. I am shocked that he replied in that way. This guy is off the wall, rude, and I suspect a person with that kind of temper, for no reason should not be driving anyone around anywhere. I would stay far away from this company and do everything in your power to use someone else. This person is rude and irrational and has no business dealing with customers.

They gave an accurate quote, answered all of my questions, and explained the process in detail. We booked for my daughter's 14th birthday and Buddy was nothing short of amazing with the kids! They all had a blast. He let us decorate the limo beforehand and even let us add a stop or two last minute. Super accommodating. The vehicle was clean, sanitized, and well maintained. The all black rims and nice tint on the limo were a bonus. He showed us now to use the Bluetooth speaker and was very kind. I'm only giving 5 starts because 10 isn't an option. I'll continue to recommend to all my friends and family in the future. Thanks Buddy for making this such an awesome, effortless experience!

Signature Accommodations has blown me away so much that I had to write my first Yelp review. They…read morehave exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First, they leased me an amazing apartment at 3rd and Brazos. The apartment had everything one would need - nice furniture, linens, cookware, silverware, cable TV, and wifi. It has an awesome view which lets me see the Capitol, Driskill hotel, UT Stadium, and Frost Tower and is walking distance of so many restaurants. All of this is great, but it's not the best thing about this company. The best thing is their customer service which is above and beyond anything a reasonable person would expect or deserve. Mona is especially incredible to deal with. I think I've been one of her needier customers for the past couple of weeks, and she's found a solution to every problem or question I had. She's gone out of her way to solve problems that shouldn't really be expected of her to solve. I know this comes across as a sales pitch for this company, but I assure you I am a customer, and this was an unsolicited review. I'm leasing from Signature for the rest of the year, and my only hope is that my circumstances cause me to have to stay longer. If I can figure out how, I'll post some pics of my room and the view.
