This update is a known fix, takes about 20 minutes, and should have been completed as part of supporting the system they installed. Instead of taking care of this as part of the original job, I was charged $140 for the update, and I even had to provide my own flash drive and the update utility. I feel I should not have been charged for a future update that was already known about. They do good work, but I feel this shit. I've been done without an additional charge.
