It is not overly large, however it has an OK selection of merchandise. They did have some decent deals on leather sofas. The staff was friendly and I appreciate that they allowed me to walk about and look what they have with hovering over me. I would have liked to have seen that they had more things like bedsheets and perhaps other things to accompany their beds, sofas, etc., but they pretty much did not. They just had the furniture. All in all, I will give them three stars. This is average. I wish that they had more in the stores, but it is what it is. I woukd not go out of my way to come here, but if you are in this shopping center, they are worth checking out.

They have a large store and large selection…read more Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and briefly explained the location and the history of the brand. It was fun to find out more about them. We walked around the store and looked at the offerings. They have everything for the home, including electronics, couches, laptops, TVs, etc. It was very clean and well organized. It's an open floor plan so it was easy to see all the way across the store. Overall: A Great new 'home' location in the area. They have some great offers and are worth a walk through.

Let me start by saying the 1 star was because they wouldn't let me review with 0 stars. That said,…read moreAarons is Absolute Garbage! Don't enter into any agreements for anything with these junk merchants. I began a contract with them for a tv in March of 2021. By September of 2021, the tv was damaged through no fault of my own. I turned it on, it went black. Thus begins my saga with a now twice refurbished tv. It was brought back to me without the remote control, plugged in, and still didn't work. Thus, necessitating another repair. I waited 6 months for the return of the tv. I decided not to pay them on time given as I didn't have the tv I was paying for, why bother honoring my end on time? I was called 2-3 times a day asking when I was to make payment, but not ONCE to update me on the status of the tv. Good job. I wouldn't recommend that anyone waste their time or money on Aarons. From their shoddy equipment to their cowardly, unprofessional management, they just aren't worth it. When I spoke to their manager he told me, he's not authorized to make it right. Meanwhile, my tv was slated for delivery between 3-5. No way to expedite that? Good job. I'll be making payments whenever I feel like it thanks to the indifference of that response. Don't bother calling There is nothing I will do to make that right. It only costs me more anyway. Not like I'm getting a deal. Why should I care?

DO NOT RENT FROM AARONS' STORE @ 45 S. SEMORAN BLVD- I purchased what I was told was a brand new…read morebedroom set, complete with what I was told was a brand new mattress and bedspring- Within 3 weeks of having the furniture we discovered with "brand new mattress" as infested with bedbugs. I tried talking to the manager and got the run around saying it was up to corporate- on 2 separate occasions when I called for a status, I was told "you'll hear from someone and hung up on". I kept a call log so I have a record of the multiple calls to the store and their corporate number requesting assistance. I have pictures and videos of the bedbugs along with bites my roommate suffered because they migrated from one room of the house to other rooms. I requested and was promised an expedited return call from a regional manager and district manager within 24-48 business hours on 3/27/19. I also emailed per call center suggestion "myexperience@aarons.com." I'm still waiting for that call and/or response to my email. The store manager said he had to do an inspection, then fax the request to corporate for approval to send Orkin. The store manager John advised corporate (per their call center notes) that the issue was resolved on 3/30. Unless he is a time traveler I don't see how John accomplished this because he didn't come to do his initial inspection until 3/28/18 and Orkin didn't came to inspect until 4/3/19 and the furniture wasn't picked up in a rented Penske truck (not store truck) on 4/10/19. On a follow up call I requested a copy of the Orkin inspection and advised per Megan @ Orkin" the store has all of the information", so we were not provided a copy of the findings, but apparently we were correct that the bedbugs came from the store. So if Aarons AT 45 S. Semoran Blvd.,Orlando is reading this.. NO!! we are NOT satisfied !! Besides having to buy multiple foggers, sprays, ( we have receipts) and a $40 mattress cover to try to contain the bugs , we now have an out of pocket expense of $950 to have 5 treatments to eradicate the bedbugs along with having to rid the home of all furniture on the advice of the fumigation company we are having to use.
