I like to say, "Thank you" to Chase Norman, and James for installing my stereo in my 2024 Toyota Tundra Platinum with the JBL factory built in system. The job wasn't easy due to the JBL factory amp having to remain in the vehicle for proper signals from the head unit and all its integrations prompts. They were the only stereo shop who gave me hope of diagnosing a stereo problem in an Aston Martin. Even the dealer was able to confirm that I had a bad amp. I took my Land Cruiser to Tint World to have the dealer installed plastic "bra" remove from the front 10" inches of the hood. The "bra" is simply a clear piece of plastic installed by Toyota to keep the paint from getting dinted from road "dings". The bra had become discolored and detracted from the appearance of the vehicle. When I went to pick the car up the "bra" had been removed and the paint was exposed and looked good. However, the Toyota grill was discolored with areas of the paint discolored and flaking off. The Tint World representative said the grill was damaged by the repair and they could repaint it for and additional $ 400.00. In addition, the four-corner posts that support the side windows and mirrors were grossly distorted and had gone from a "jet black" finish to milky white. The windshield was also covered with a "booger" like appearance that was stuck to the windshield which I partially remove in multiple hours. The sales agent conceded they used an acid compound to remove the bra covers on the hood and mirrors. He said he thought the agent they used was Citric Acid. Took the car to a major service center that repairs Toyota products for an opinion. They advised they would not paint the grill as Tint World advocated because it houses the electronic devices related to speed control and stopping. They evaluated the vehicle and provide an estimate of $ 5,146.33 dollars to repair the damage inflicted by Tint World. Insurance reimbursement is not possible according to our carrier, and the repair agent, because the car was "washed" with Citric Acid or a related agent that causes known damage. Tint World's attorney says they are not responsible because I signed their agreement. (In order to get my car back.) Therefore, Tint World made about $ 1,134.00 in revenue caused by shoddy and irresponsible "repairs". Their catch all phrase is you signed the release "in order to get your car" back so they are resoled from any shoddy workmanship. read more

I paid 142 dollars for an inspection they never performed and was forced to pay them BEFORE they would give me my keys to check on the cars status which didnt change at all. I went to this shop after researching many options to do Ceramic Coating, Front Invisible mask, and full window heat rejection film on my new Tesla Model 3. I did have problems with them, and I gave them the 5 star eventually because they did fix them all indeed to my satisfaction. Peter was very professional and explained the process to me. I dropped the car there, and came back after couple of days as they were done with it. I was shocked to see that the invisible front mask has so many bubbles. Event the rear and front heat rejection films had ugly bubbles and I was very disappointed. Peter told me to give it a couple of weeks as the bubbles will eventually disappear. After almost a month, they did not get any better. I was furious! I brought it back after a long appointment, and they fixed the heat film by replacing it, and injected some alcohol to reactivate the invisible film adhesive to fix the bubbles. Keep in mind they are far from what I live, so I was paying a lot in Uber/Lyft. I was not happy again with the invisible film fix. The bubbles were HUGE and did not get any better. I brought it for the 3rd time, and this time I was about to lose my cool. Peter however promised to fix it right, and reinstalled the invisible film all again. He made it right this time and I was very happy. He even compensated me for all the trips I had to take back and forth to the store. I am giving them 5 stars because the final result was to my satisfaction, even though I had bad luck it seems with how they handled my car, but they came around and made it right, and I respect that. BTW, their heat rejection film is awesome! The 5-year ceramic coating is great too. read more

I would give this business a zero if I had the option. Got our brake pads painted and has been back to get it repainted 3 times already. Each time they failed to paint the missing spots or it would rechip. Talked to the manager today and was told "that's what you get for paying $400" and that no one can see it unless they really look. It's ridiculous to have to go back that many times and the service is not even right. On top of that, the manager was unapologetic and rude. Sorry but we will be taking our services elsewhere. Oh, my GOODNESS!!! Walked into this shop and it was like someone handed me the keys to the candy store. SOOO many audio devices for my 2017 Toyota Tundra. Different grades of window tint (including ceramic theft and windshield UV/IR light protection). Red Light Camera blockers (yes, legal in Florida...). Ambient and LED lighting. Ceramic paint coating and paint coating protections! All the toys they have at this place and their reasonable costs (Still going to spend lots of hard earned money to trick my truck!!! These guys are great. I'm very picky about where I take my cars. I recently moved back to Florida where tint is a must have. I called other shops and every stopped by one last week, but I want comfortable having my car tinted outside under a canopy. I tinted cards for years but I'm too lazy for that now; they treated my car like it was their own. The owners and staff were all extremely friendly. It didn't hurt that when you walk in you can see the other cars and there were 3 other Challenger's in the shop. I'll be taking all my cars to them. read more

I went there to have the wiring done on a new LED grill logo I had installed in my Mercedes. I had to go back after the first wiring job because the LED Logo would stay on all of the time. I had to go back a second time because they still didn't get it right and caused an error with the car headlights. O​n the third​ try,, th​ey told me that they would have to charge me almost $200 more because wire the LED all the way to the rear lights because the front lights were​ computerized. Either that or wire it directly to the headlight switch at for a smaller charge but it still wouldnt work right. You would think they would have known this the first time they attempted to wire it and would have told me but instead, the manager got ​ upset with me when I asked them why I had to go back three times to their store before they finally told me what they should have said from the beginning. This isn't even the kicker on it. When I left after the third one, I tried to tip the guy who worked on my car and he declined the tip and seemed like he was in a real hurry for me to leave which I found weird. When​​ I drove home I realized there was a crack ó​n the bottom of the windshield that wasn't there before I brought the car to them. The crack was not an impact crack from a stone or anything, It was a pressure craçk from someone who opened up the hood but I left a tool or something on it which caused a crack in the next day I had a line f​om the bottom all the way towards the middle of my windshield. Fortunately the insurance company covered it. I wasn't worth going back to th​em to argue about it because I knew they were only going to deny causing the damage and I was already upset with how they handled the LED logo wiring situation, but I will never go back to that store or recommend them to anyone. read more

They sold me a defective remote start and alarm that was giving issues to my vehicle at first they didn't believe the product was the issue and even told me that something was wrong with my car we tracked the problem and just by disconnecting their system my vehicle came back to normal so they agreed to uninstall and refund it wasn't pleasant but they end up doing the right thing read more
