Was told it would take about an hour (which is a long time to rotate 4 tires I think.) I walked around outside, got a text saying they were working on my car, so I go back and sit in their small waiting room. 45 minutes after my appointment I'm told they had not started the job and it would be a bit longer as there isn't an open bay. That is really poor communications and planning on their part. I left as I had been there long enough and wasted enough time. I bought my tires there as it is close to my home - tire rotation is included in the price you pay. I never thought it would not be handled in a timely manner.
