It took a long time to plan as we were quite indecisive at first. Barbara was patient and there for us every step of the way to make recommendations. She listened and asked questions to help narrow down exactly what we did (and did not) want. She nailed it! The entire trip (and planning) was seamless with her help. Throughout the planning, we never felt rushed and had all questions answered even up until the week we were leaving. We didn't have to really "think" too much on this holiday. All documents were given to us ahead of time, transportation was booked, and we felt very comfortable that we would be able to reach her during our trip at any point if needed. I will absolutely book trips with Barbara at Travel Experts of Cary again. Can't wait!

I recently purchased an AAA membership, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing…read more Since I had only recently joined, I was unable to request towing services through the online portal and therefore had to call customer service for assistance. However, my calls were repeatedly routed back to the automated system, making it difficult for me to reach a live representative. When I finally connected with a customer service representative and explained that I wished to cancel my membership, the call was immediately disconnected just moments after I made the request. I cannot say for certain whether the call was intentionally hung up or simply dropped accidentally, but the entire experience was certainly frustrating. Upon calling again, I was informed that while I could cancel my membership, I would not be eligible for a refund--despite the fact that my membership had been active for only three days and I had never utilized any AAA services. I am extremely disappointed with my overall customer service experience. I understand that companies have established cancellation and refund policies, but as a new member, I had expected to receive a higher level of attentive support. As it stands now, I do not foresee myself using AAA services again in the future.

I have been extremely pleased with services I received at this location on multiple times. I've had a full synthetic oil change and they handled a few major concerns I had and my vehicle is running smoother. Owning a vehicle comes with regular maintenance and I'm glad I can trust AAA with my vehicle needs in these last couple months. They alleviated a lot of stress. I've previously been a dedicated Toyota or Firestone customer. I've had AAA membership for over a decade and I wish I had given them a try sooner.

The comprehensive safety check sounds good in theory but, in substance, not thorough- they missed noting my cabin air filter was removed. The video with the report is non-specific and mostly for "show." However, they did catch my need to replace spark plugs, which was needed per spec. The service manager, Mike, handles customers well and I appreciate the good value he gave me honoring a AAA coupon; no games. I often do this kind of routine work myself, but this was a cost effective and comfortable alternative to "DIY" in 85 degree heat.

Since I have not lived in Cary very long, I was hoping to find a place I could trust. Choosing AAA turned out to be the right decision. During the inspection, they discovered a part that needed to be replaced before the vehicle could pass. They explained the issue clearly and let me know that the car would not pass inspection without addressing it. I appreciated the straightforward communication. There was no pressure. Just facts and options. They replaced the part at what I felt was a fair price and completed the work in a timely manner. The process was smooth from start to finish. They told me they would be charging $190 for 1 hr of labor which is absolutely ridiculous and overpriced. After about 15 mins, they told me that it needed another part but they couldn't get the part until the next day. Then, they told me that I would have to pay 1/2 of the $190 for them to put the door panel back together. That would be IN ADDITION to the $190 for tomorrow's repair. That didn't make any sense to me since no repair was made. The guy named Alex had a very disrespectful tone and attitude. I told him I didn't feel comfortable paying anything since no repair had happened. He just stared at me very intently. He's very unprofessional. I refused to pay that and stood my ground. He didn't like it; would he have treated a man the same way? I doubt it. Two problems with this situation - they should NEVER have asked me to pay for the labor to put the panel back on my car...no repair had been made. The 2nd problem was Alex's attitude. He actually said to me, "We're not going to do your repair for your tomorrow." Incredibly unprofessional. After reading the other 1 star reviews, looks like they need some new employees and new management.
