I forgot to do a check-in of this Triple AAA office. Earlier this month my husband and I received our DMV Renewal notice in the mail. We did not want to wait all the way into February 2019 to do our renewal. The registration fee was $138. Since I have the funds available to renew, I figure let's get it done and over with. A visit to this Triple AAA office is more convenient for us instead of going to the office at the Rockridge Shopping Center in Oakland. Besides this office is about a mile from our home. It's less gas, less traffic and less time being used to take care of business. I also believe this office is a hidden gem because it is not as crowded as the one in Oakland. The service was prompt. The lady who processed the paperwork was courteous and pleasant. We were in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. How bad can it get. Now the employee that was rude to me in the first place called me today and was rude again. I am now afraid because apparently she has all my information and I don't know what she can do with it. When I was their she was rude to the other employees and because she is the manager they probably won't speak up. She really needs to be fired. I love aaa but now what should I do. Should I just not go to that location or is this a representation of how they let their employees be and I should cancel my membership. I do know that canceling one membership won't be a big deal to a company that big. read more

My first negative experience at this AAA office. I went there to renew my registration. My DMV clerk was somewhat quiet. But the female clerk next to us kept repeating "Call the DMV, Call the DMV!" and laughing. It got really annoying. This person lacks the mature customer service skills I'm accustomed to at a AAA office. She needs re-training. read more
