In the past registering a vehicle in the state of California and and dealing with the DMV has proven to be a difficult situation to say the least. Adrienne assured me she can handle it on her end in Ohio, and she did. Today I received my plates and registration in the mail. I have to be honest at first, I felt she did not understand the complexity of the California DMV. I was absolutely blown away today when my registration and plates came in the mail without hassle. Everything I experienced from Terry Hendricks Ford has been nothing short of top-notch professionalism. Maybe it's the midwestern work ethic, or maybe I've just been in Californian too long. In my 51 years on this planet, this was the most seamless and positive car buying experience I ever had.

I made the 1.5 hour commute that night and sent pictures of all my paperwork to get the ball rolling. Alex and his GM were awesome! They even got me a better interest rate than what I came in with. I was in and out with my new Explorer in 2 hours! TWO!! They even stayed late for me. Amazing customer service, genuinely nice people, honest and fair.
