I hit one of Toledos famous pot holes and put a bubble in my tire so I called around looking for a replacement. You would think I was searching for a unicorn. I called here because that's where I bought them. I was told I wasn't in their system, they don't carry that brand and they would call me back with some options of tires they do carry. I never received a call back. To be fair two other companies also didn't call me back. I am a pleasant person just trying to find an inexpensive tire. Customer service is a thing of the past I guess. I called them twice I wasn't about to call a third time. I am posting a picture of the record of my purchase from them of the tires they said they couldn't order for a person they have no record of.... Even though they send me emails and coupons in the mail.... They've no record of me right?

The customer service is good, but I can't go somewhere that isn't an honest practice. I've recommended other people here and they've been ripped off thousands of dollars. I want to say good things about this family business, but I can't. I went somewhere else and was charged a third of the price. If you want to spend this crazy amount of money, might as well go to a dealership. This is my first bad review. I've tried giving this business 3, 4, 5 chances. I can't keep getting ripped off. Update: Was told I needed a part replaced at Toledo Auto Care. When I took my car somewhere else, they said that part was in perfect shape and they were shocked that we were told it needed to be replaced.

I live in North Carolina, and I had to find a place quickly on my way back home…read more My mechanic down here gave me a list of places that this place wasn't a part of because of some sort of "network" my mechanic is part of. I decided to go with this place anyway and I am so glad I did. Not only was he able to fix my issue on such a short notice, but Steve personally handled this. For the price: he was less than what AI was telling me other places charge within the area. I never felt like I didn't know the status of my vehicle, I never felt like I was in the dark, and I never felt like I wasn't "family". I have already recommended this place to my family up here, and a lot of friends in the area. Hands-down, Steve's is the best mechanic I've ever had the blessing to run into. Seriously, why would you go anywhere else if you're within the Toledo area? 100 out of 10.

He attempted to demean me and make me feel stupid. He purposely bent the latch to my hood so that I would have trouble getting it open. He also tried to charge me 300 for a battery and an alignment. Ridiculous how people will try to take advantage of you for not knowing much about cars and especially for being a woman. Both my family and I will never go back here.

What a great experience: I finally found a place I can trust that cares about perfection in the…read morework done to my vehicle (I actually got to watch them work and communicate with each other during tasks and I was impressed), that cares about true customer satisfaction and relationship that can lead to lifelong collaborations that make the entire journey of truck modification and "accessorizing" more enjoyable, and that does its best for fair prices... As a fabricator/welder/engineer, I usually do all work myself; Unfortunately, I got hurt before this installation, which, oddly, turned out to be fortunate because, all of the meticulous attention to detail and perfection I always give, I found that and more in the staff at Diversified Off-Road - Upon my first communications with Seth, I could tell this place puts their customer's satisfaction first. Seth and I laid out a plan for the parts I had already ordered, my wife and I dropped off our vehicle and parts the same week to Seth and Kim (Kim is great also), and we got to observe some of the work being done. My wife got to be the first of us to drive the truck, and she had a smile on her face the entire way from Ohio back into Michigan: We are extremely pleased with our experience and the quality of work done - I was just under the truck all day yesterday doing rust prevention with my POR-15 products; I was looking at their work close-up, and, perfect, I couldn't be happier... Installing lifts and all of the other modifications are challenging and the parts cost quite a bit. Diversified Truck-Auto & Off-Road IS the best balance. As a business, I look at the years they have been providing quality work, and we need them to survive and thrive as they provide a livelihood for their staff, and they help to build our community; so when they are looking at the balance of work, they are doing their best on pricing, timing, and complete satisfaction (I can see that in the future plans we are discussing for Retrax Eq and a Bed-Slide, among other work). I had been inquiring with numerous other shops in the area and was planning to go to Integrity in Oklahoma believe it or not, until I found this shop so much closer to home. Diversified satisfied every single detail and desire I had for my installation.
