Spoke the 2 different District Managers, one of which assured me that I would receive my items in that weekend. Items never showed up. After about 15 phones calls, I finally was able to reach the store manager, only to get yelled at because I called corporate on them. Yet another delivery date was set. Guess what, Nothing came. 4 delivery dates were scheduled, and no actual delivery was made. NOT A CALL FROM THE STORE TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE IT. NOT ONE. I was in the retail business in the past, so I understand how frustrating it can be when short staffed. Also, understand how the Upper Management refuses to see the store needs. -Tip, San Pablo Management- Take care of the customer with money on hand. A simple phone would have prevented any negative outcome. More than likely would have worked something out. Which is that you go to a thrift store to find thrifty finds. If the thrift store is selling used jackets for over a hundred dollars it isn't a thrift store. It's a bougie consignment store. I was referred to this company from another apartment complex, as they had had good results with…read moreACSR. My initial communications were good. I sent pictures to Doug of the space that needed cleaning for a senior in the community. When the condition of the unit changed, I sent Doug the updated photos of what needed to be done: some cleaning of bathroom, main room, refrigerator, floor, remove bed, box spring and some other items. On the day of the scheduled clean, they were a no-show. When I reached out they pushed back their ETA then ended up rescheduling stating that there was a delay with a previous client that day and scheduled for the next day. They came an hour early the next day. I was not prepared to receive them. They did not bring anything to clean the carpet and said they would have to come back. They did not clean anything, not even sweep with the broom provided. They only took the mattress and box spring and did not complete the work. One of the items I asked them to take was found hidden in the closet. A couple items came up missing that were not supposed to be taken away. I called Doug back, letting him know that the work was not completed. After a lot of back and forth, the technician was delayed an hour, called, waited 15 min then left. After that, the technician would not return calls. We were unable to get the work completed, yet the bill was PAID IN FULL by a senior on a fixed income. I requested a partial refund and was able to get a receipt for it at least. I will not be using their services again or recommending them to others.
