The massage was sub par - didn't seem like they knew how to position me (prenatal) I had to ask for pillows for support. They used a pregnancy pillow that was tucked in with a sheet. Didn't flip the pillow around when I needed to switch sides. Overall not a good experience. I think I'm being generous with three stars. Only because that first experience with Jane was heavenly. Took off one star for the 2nd bad experience, and another star for not letting me know in advance that the therapist was not available. Really wanted to like this place. :(

Since I already paid, there was nothing that I could do. It was ok but not what I asked for. They also charged an extra $2 for using my credit card. I probably won't return because I didn't get what I asked for. There are so many places to choose from and you need to listen to the customer.
