Jose was awesome. He was running a little late due to traffic, but he called to advise that was the case. He had everything he needed on his truck. He knew how to climb carefully and without damage to our roof. Every foot of gutter and downspout was pressure washed. AA Gutter Cleaning did a great job cleaning our gutters the other day. They came and did a quick job of power washing off the roof and cleaning out the gutters and downspouts. They were in and out in around an hour. They let us know where the problem areas of debris collection were. They also let us know that our gutter shields aren't working anymore, but said we could get another year out of them. I appreciated that they didn't try to pressure me to replace them this year. I spoke to Dean, the owner, about a month ago and scheduled for December 12 at 8am. While making an appointment he was as sweet as could be and was offering me the world! I explained to him that we have a daycare and I need him to be here as early as possible. He assured me he will be here BY 8 AM! 2 days before our appointment, I called Dean to confirm. He had no idea who I was. Kept asking for my address, which I repeated at least 2 times. He sounded very much out of it. Maybe drunk. Not sure. He couldn't find me on his schedule, then finally said he kept looking for his laundry pick up (???). Finally, he remembered and confirmed our appointment. Once again, I reminded him to be here BY 8. He replied that there's no way he will be here at 8, but definitely by 8:30. I wasnt happy, but, ok. Today is December 12. They finally showed up at...9:30!!! No phone call, nothing. NO THANKS! Already found another worker. I do not recommend this totally irresponsible company. We've been postponing a gutter cleaning far too long, but with fall approaching this year we finally decided to get it done. Our gutters were overflowing with leaves from surrounding trees. Since the gutters are being cleaned, might as well clean the solar panels. I called Dean at AA Gutter. He was friendly and all though they were booked, he said they would fit us in. Two days later, they had a cancellation. Justin and Eric arrived and throughly explained what they were going to do. Throughout the process, Justin sent me before and after photos of the solar panels. He explained discoloration of the panels and potential issues. In addition to cleaning the solar panels and gutters, they did a downspout repair without charging extra. It's great to find a good, reliable business that is customer friendly. I would highly recommend using AA Gutter Cleaning. They came out on short notice to power wash all of the concrete around our home. Justin was polite, friendly and worked hard. The end results looked amazing! The concrete looked brand new. Justin even reduced the pressure on the supply tank to prevent the power washer from taking the paint off the exterior stucco retaining walls. They came out to do an emergency unclog that had caused a downpour over my backdoor. They didn't have time to clean all of my gutters and they were backed up for a good month but thank goodness they came out for that emergency. Neat, quick, responsive. We have been looking for a high quality and reliable gutter cleaning and roof cleaning company. We checked out AA in mid December. They were so busy that they could not schedule us until today (2/3/20). I am so glad we waited for them. Dean Villano, the owner, stayed in regular contact with us throughout the scheduling process, and as promised he called this AM to let us know two of his people were headed to our house. A few weeks ago with the rain, we heard this loud drip coming out of our gutters that kept us up most of the night. Yesterday, within an hour of contacting AA Gutter Cleaning, 2 of their techs (Eric and Jose) arrived at our home to provide us with a quote to clean our gutters and downspouts. They were only intending to charge us $200. The job should have taken about an hour but they had a gutter and 2 downspouts in the backyard patio cover that were very challenging to clean. A blower did not dislodge all of the debris. Using other tools did not dislodge all of the debris. They even called in their owner, Justin for assistance. In the end, they were able to complete the job by power washing for quite a while. These 3 guys worked very diligently. They were meticulous and paid attention to detail when cleaning our gutters and downspouts. When it came time to pay for their services, they were not even intending to charge me more than the $200 estimate. I decided to pay $400. They worked for more than 3 hours and it became a more complicated job than originally estimated. These guys are VERY honest, ethical and hard-working. I highly recommend AA Gutter Cleaning! I will certainly call on them each year moving forward! read more
