The owner, Gabriel, was quick to respond and arrived less than 24 hours later. Very professional. Explained the causes and fixes very well. Seemed to be trying to avoid replacing any (expensive) parts, if it could be avoided. Gabriel and trainee spent about 1.5 hours at house and charged very reasonably. A few hours after they left, ice cubes were again being made, so no parts needed. Very satisfied.

He said he needed to leave to grab the part and would be back. Over 2 hours later I texted to see if he was coming back. He said he was on the way. About 15 min later he returned, made the repair in about another 15. He told me he went to grab lunch which is why he returned to late. You would think the customer would come first and get the repairs done especially since it was pretty easy rather than making me wait for over two hours for him to return. I guess his time and lunch was more important than my time. Other than that, he seemed to be nice.

Parts! I hired Fischer Appliance Repair back in mid…read moreSeptember 2025 because my dryer needed new rollers. The technician "owner" came out and told me he had fully replaced them. Today, March 5, 2026, I had a second company come take a look, and they immediately pointed out that the rollers installed Fischer Appliance were used. I paid for a full replacement and was given old parts installed by the sketch owner, complete garbage! Do not trust this business. If you hire him, you'll just end up feeling scammed and disappointed. Save your money and go with an honest company. The reason I didn't bring Fletcher out because he was trying to charge me again doesn't stand behind their work! total thieves run this guy and his son that run this company. Hopefully they get shut down soon. In my other message you put the wrong date I verified it was September not November. This is the message I got from this guy after getting ripped off from him! Claimed he put a pack of rollers in there now all of a sudden it's something different. Paid $200 get "used rollers" put in and then refused to come out without charging a $80 fee to come fix his garbage work! Instead of taking care of the problem, I got a nasty text complete thief he showed me a package of rollers and installed them. I didn't realize they were used garbage rip off thief! Now all of a sudden, he's claiming he did something else. These people must have drug issues or something. What a joke.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Fischer, I am writing to request a…read moreconversation regarding a recent service call completed under our Lowe's warranty for our dishwasher. Your son, Brad, was the technician assigned to our claim. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely concerning. Brad was disrespectful and unprofessional toward both my husband and me. He refused to address the issue with the dishwasher, specifically stating that unclogging the hose was not his responsibility and telling my husband it was a "you problem." He repeatedly addressed my husband as "bud" and spoke to me in a similarly dismissive manner, referring to me as "lady." He ultimately instructed us to "take it up with Lowe's," showed no interest in resolving the issue, and ended the call by hanging up on me. For clarity, the entire interaction was recorded on our home security system, and portions were also recorded on my son's phone. Brad was made aware of this and indicated he did not care. I believe it would be appropriate to review this incident with your son and ensure that customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
