Four days later he tells me he can't do it because it wasn't a running vehicle. Funny enough I was driving the vehicle back from the store when I got the text. It has been 5 days of run around and poor communication and now I am back to square one to find someone to replace my cracked window. Chips mobile Glass Repair was a giant waste of my time. REPLY to his response: I contacted you about a 2001 Lexus. I gave you my phone number! My most charitable guess is that you came to my house when I wasn't home, without contacting me first, and saw a 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser project sitting by my shop and somehow could not tell the difference between the two cars and still wouldn't call or ask any questions. If you answered your phone or called anyone back this could have been sorted out in 2 minutes! This has been a ridiculously frustrating experience and very unprofessional behavior. I called him to sort it out and he cussed and yelled at me and wouldn't listen to a thing I said. This was shockingly horrible behavior.

Those body shops said I had to go to a "PDR" shop and have the body work done. So I would have to pay two separate shops plus travel o Bend to get the body work done then get it painted by the paint shop. Fast forward : Stopped by "Car Medics" in Prineville and meet the owner Rich and Skyler (assistant). Rich gave me an estimate to paint do the body work and showed me his state of the art paint booth . Bottom line he did all the work there no traveling and the result was excellent. The cost was half the price of the other shops! Rich is an outstanding honest person,and a perfectionist. His right hand man Skyler is the same kind of guy!
