I recently bought a new house. We had paid a lot of money for American Home Shield. After numerous attempts to have them come and change our locks with no resolution they advised me to get my own locksmith and that is exactly what I did. I found Nathan and called him and he picked up immediately. He was pleasant, had great communication skills and gave me a good education on the phone. He told me he would come over in afternoon. Then he called me and said he could be over sooner and sure enough his associate Jeremy came over. Throughout this time I spoke with Nathan via Text maybe a dozen times for various reasons. The entire time he was calm, understanding and never made me feel rushed or that I was annoying him. He unfortunately had to talk to AHS before the process gets started and he kindly did that as well. When Jeremy came over he was extremely presentable, professional and just a very likable guy. He also took his time, educated me, did a little extra and then we sat down and had a conversation about politics. Overall it was great experience, and I am going to refer my neighbors and friends to these guys. Their fees are more than reasonable and more importantly they are guys that you would want to be friends with. I had promised Nathan I would write him earlier but unfortunately I got bogged down with a bunch of non sense and so I am late and for that my apologies. Nathan and A1A team are the best! I called about 6 or 7 locksmiths to get pricing. A1A had the best pricing and was very friendly answering all my questions and concerns. This was the first time i needed a locksmith, so I had questions! Nathan drilled holes, installed 2 dead bolts, door knobs, and rekeyed other locks to match up the locks. One of the deadbolts in the fiberglass door needed a plate underneath and he only had brass. He went to the local Home Depot to see if they had a silver one, and they were sold out. He came back the following day at no additional charge with a silver plate to make sure the deadbolt and plate matched. I am not sure another locksmith would do this on their own freewill. Nathan will be my first and only call next time I need a locksmith. I can't recommend A1A enough! read more

Unfortunately, I had the bad luck of locking myself out of my new apartment twice in 2 weeks- both times service was top notch! The owner came within a reasonable waiting time and worked hard on my stubborn lock- both times- without quickly resorting to drilling and re-keying which would have added up in cost. He also offers one of the lowest rates in the valley! Having called many other locksmiths, I can tell you their prices are substantially lower. WOW! What amazing service!!! Called Wednesday to have my back business door fixed (I work at a paint store) and Nathan told me he wouldn't be able to get to it until a day later: Thursday in the morning. Didn't show up and I called him at noon. Turns out he had a terrible emergency (his dog got very sick!!) and rushed to my store as soon as I called him. My Lexus key got broken. Called dealership, they asked $250. Ordered not-cutted key replacement on ebay and start looking for locksmith who can do 'laser cut key'. Its a special cut. Found A1A with tons of good review and gave them a call. Nathan was very helpful over the phone, and apologized that they dont do this cut over weekend and referred me to other locksmith who do similar cut.
