I found A 1 A Mobile Locksmith here on Yelp and decided to call because of the great reviews from what looked like loyal happy customers. I gotta say I can certainly see why those customers are loyal. Nathan the owner truly went out of his way to be accommodating. One of our entry doors wouldn't unlock. We were literally locked in at that door. I explained the situation, told him I'd like to replace the whole door lock set with a better brand. He asked a couple key questions......no pun intended then he told me what it would cost to do the work. He gave me options of buying the new lock set myself or he'd be happy to bring one with him. The former being a less expensive option. I had trouble finding the set I needed and texted Nathan of my trouble. Nathan then took it to a whole new level trying to help locate the set I was after. Now mind you we'd never met before only spoken on the phone and text messaged. We were eventually able find what I needed and Nathan came out, very quickly removed the old and installed the new. Turns out there were a couple things he did to the door casing that should have been done when it was installed last year. Bottom line this guy is the real deal. Our business was broken into in the morning and I called Nathan from A1A Mobile Locksmith in the early afternoon. He came shortly thereafter and showed me the issue with the door that was picked, put a deadbolt in the door, and reinforced the door with another bolt a little later that same day. I needed to re-key one of our investment properties that we had to use Sheriff for lockout. I called and spoke to Nathan. He explained the process and we set up the appointment for the day of lock out which was 48 hours later. They showed up on time and an hour later two Sheriff cars showed up and lock-out process took place. Nathan and one of his technician were great and very professional. Locked myself out the other day. I'm pretty good at sneaking back in in these cases but this time I was out of luck since I had closed all the windows due to the cold weather. What to do? I had my cell phone so I yelped for a locksmith in my area and found A1A 24/7. Nathan answered and he said he was on his way. Literally ten minutes later arrived at my door, great.
