I went back and added a 60lb bag of concrete to each hole to help support the 12' post and added some additional safety straps for peace of mind. I would recommend this company and we may have them come back and do some other jobs.

Robinson Consulting Group was prompt in scheduling and coming out to give a free project estimate…read more Markel was timely in providing the estimate, and great to work with as we fleshed out the details of the specific work. We were on a timeline to get the work completed and his team was fantastic about that - from communicating about materials, to working on the weekend. We were thrilled that the project was completed two days early! We are so happy with the way the laundry room repairs came out -- floor replaced, walls repaired and beadboard added, and fresh contemporary paint (that's monorail silver!). Not pictured, the dining room ceiling in the room below was patched and painted too. Thank you Robinson Consultant Group!

He said he had to get gas and someone stopped to talk to him. Spends an hour working (going back to truck for various tools, hardware store for equipment, and 20 minutes pitching me on generators) all said and done, they leave before noon and charge me their hourly rate from 9-12. When I met Gerald (Keileen MG), I got a good feeling in my gut that he was a person I could work…read morewith and one that would do a good job. I did my due diligence, including considering a few other companies - in the end I came back to Gerald for a handful of reasons including value and availability. Description of Job: Respositioning upper and lower kitchen cabinets to open space for a 48" commercial stove, installation of a vent hood, respsitioning electrical outlets, tiling of backsplash, modifying lower cabinet to install a drawer microwave and installing a new single bowl kitchen sink. Gerald and team did a FANTASTIC job. I would say that I am a very discerning consumer, with a keen eye for quality and aesthetics. They tuned into that pretty early on, and as such made choices and recommendations that suit my style and needs. It is always nice to work with someone who is willing to do a little more than necessary for the client. These guys were willing to pick up the appliances from the vendor - no small feat for a stove that weighs 670lbs. I didn't go to the store once. My home was treated with respect and each night they returned it to a usable state for me and my family. I hope in some little way this review is meaningful for Gerald and team, or for a consumer looking to hire a contractor. These guys work hard, they are honest and will give you value for the price you pay. When you see that, you respect it as it isn't always the case.
