My windows were installed in May 2024 and there were some problems that Mr. Travis promised to fix but left me hanging for almost two months before he made contact with me. He didn't want to hold himself accountable for breaching our contract terms by not finishing the project in a timely manner. I requested that we negotiate giving me a small discount off my balance. He yelled and screamed at me, refused and threatened to file a lien on my home, called me a thief and said I couldn't afford him. I don't know if he said that because I am an African American. He completed two new clients that hired him after me. I don't know why he prioritized them over me. If you are considering this company in Columbia SC, please use caution.
