My property benefitted from the maintenance effort by cleaning the exterior, and getting rid of a couple wasp nests that popped up. They didn't damage my landscaping, either. (I had problems in the past with other companies that ended up chemically burning the leaves.) Southern Pride was great. They have a trailer with all of their pumps & hoses. They set up quickly, prepared the area, and got to work with minimal fuss. They made short work of the job, and my townhouses are brighter and the windows are clean, and the walkways look new again. (They got rid of a couple stains in the concrete that I thought would never come out.) I am planning to use them for my commercial property twice a year at the end of Spring (pollen season) and fall (leaves). I am happy to recommend them for your pressure washing needs.

When I pointed this out to him and asked for a refund, he pretended like he did not understand. His response (or lack thereof) was more disconcerting than the fact that he did that.
