Where they stated it was an online order and the system messed up very accusatory and it was our fault. Bear in mind, I called it in, with the payment method would be cash. I told the gentleman, mmm no sir, if it was online, there would be a payment method. There was not, so the gentleman over the phone then accused me of not answering my phone from a random number that wasn't the stores number that I called to notify us that they didn't have an item to fulfill it. In 2026, we're all inedated with spam calls.... Why would I answer a random number... no voicemail.... Gentlemen over the phone took 0 ownership, and continued to blame us... the customer.
