Ive never owned a gun before and didn't have a clue about them. Since they didn't have the exact gun I wanted in stock the guy showed me something similar in size and even let me hold it to get the feel of it. I put my name on the list to be called when it came in. Fast forward about a month later and I finally get the phone call to come pick it up. I get there and Vanessa was there waiting for me. She went over everything that was in the box with me and how to use everything, how to load it and how to hold it. Then she helped me pick out some ammo both for the range and some for protection. We picked out some ear protection, she showed me which ones would be the best and then some cleaning materials. I'm very happy both about my first gun and the service they provided. The only thing I was sad about was when I got home I noticed one corner of the box was ripped. I wish I would of noticed before I left the store so I could of exchanged it.

They let you touch and try out all the guns and if you need help, ask. They love dogs, are great to their customers and they have me as a customer for life. 4 years ago I called AmmoAz about their upcoming sale and an AR15 that they were losing money on. The owner spent 20 minutes explaining my options and talking to me about the gun. He earned a customer for life. I have since bought several "items" all for MUCH less than anywhere else. I have brought my dogs, even my Dane and have always had a great experience and gotten the best prices. The store's app with up to date ammo availability and pricing is just another bonus. My husband wanted to stop in to take a look at what they had in jewelry as he was buying me an anniversary gift. We were also going to check out their gold and coin purchasing program as I had inherited a coin collection from my father .It said online that they opened at 10 AM. We were sitting out in the parking lot area and saw what we believe to be one of the owners showing up AT 10 AM. In my personal opinion if you're open hours start at 10 AM then you should be open and ready to do business at that time. We walked in about 10:05 AM as we wanted to let her get in the door (and someone followed her in). We had to buzz to get in. She was already saying something through the speaker at us, but we went ahead and walked in the door. Without any greeting she said I won't be ready for 10 to 15 minutes ! Why don't you go over to Starbucks and get a coffee! And then said "Do you have an appointment?!" We immediately turned around and left! Her tone was rude, she could've addressed it so much differently like could you please give me a couple of minutes? Everything seemed abrupt. Like we were putting her out because we wanted to come spend money at her store. I have not needed an appointment to look at jewelry for a possible purchase anywhere before. Needless to say... I will not be walking through their doors again. We already had another jeweler that we use on Alma school and Queen Creek Road area that we've been more than happy with for purchases and repairs! The only reason I gave two stars is because of the previous gentleman who took care of my watch issues.
