I put my name on the list to be called when it came in. Fast forward about a month later and I finally get the phone call to come pick it up. I get there and Vanessa was there waiting for me. She went over everything that was in the box with me and how to use everything, how to load it and how to hold it. Then she helped me pick out some ammo both for the range and some for protection. We picked out some ear protection, she showed me which ones would be the best and then some cleaning materials. I'm very happy both about my first gun and the service they provided. The only thing I was sad about was when I got home I noticed one corner of the box was ripped. I wish I would of noticed before I left the store so I could of exchanged it.

I ran into a few very strange issues with my rifle and the manager was still very kind, and helped work with me even though they could not fully verify the issue themselves! (Extremely strange failures with my rifle). Despite that, they took care of me and we came to a great resolution. My rifle is now running great. Shoutout to the manager and the rest of the staff. After consulting with my ChatGP "buddy\advisor" specific screws were crucial to successful install. I purchased them separately from Amazon. Steve didn't like the head tapering. He asked permission to use his own screws. Upon my affirmation, he proceeded to his belt sander to make custom length modifications on his own screws. He treated my Tracker like a surgeon with his scalpels being a host different punches, screwdrivers, and Allen wrenches. He was intriguing to watch! Not only did he calibrate my scope perfectly, I asked him if he could take a quick look at my 9mm semi with a green dot laser to check its alignment. "No problem". Done in a jiffy. I can't recommend Steve more highly!
