I made an appointment to duplicate some motorcycle keys which I was quoted for. I show up to the place, and the front door wasn't opened. You had to go through the back and go through their warehouse which i'm not accustomed to doing when going anywhere. But once I go in, I had to look around the entire shop for someone who then directed me to the Greg's office. No one was in the office. I called the Greg's phone and the cell phone was in the office. So i waited about 10 minutes (which, feels like a lifetime when you're waiting, especially when you're on your lunch and also when you told them that you'd be there at the time you said you were going to be there at) So I saw another guy enter the shop who appeared to be on lunch and I asked him where I can find Greg and he said in his office. I told the gentlemen that Greg was not there and then he went to go find him for me. Once I saw Greg, I said "Hi, how's it going!" and Greg replied, "oh. Hey." It was almost like I inconvenienced him. Anyway, I show Greg my two blank motorcycle keys I wanted to duplicate, and he says, "oh, these are metal keys. These are going to mess up my tools." I couldn't believe what I just heard. So I said "aren't all keys metal?" and he replied, "most are brass." In my head I was like... isn't brass a type of metal? He said we can still try but it might mess up his tools and my key. So I just left. It was a complete waste of time. Hope my experience was a one time mishap, but I had to let others know. read more

BEWARE!!!!! This guy is a huge scammer. Little background information, my car is push to start and has keyless entry when it detects that the key is near. I came in for a simple key battery replacement. After he replaced the battery for $30, my keyless entry was not working and the key would not lock/unlock the car. Alongside this, the car would not start as it did not detect the key anywhere. After telling him this, he said my key needed to be reprogrammed and that it would cost $110. He recommended that I just get a new key from him which would have been $190. I figured out how to start the car but the keyless entry still did not work and the key did not lock/unlock the car. We agreed that I would come the day after. However, I did my research and was able to fix the key by simply opening it up and rearranging some part that had been displaced, and after doing so, the key started working fine. 1/5 because the battery is at least fully replaced now, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO HIM. HE IS A SCAMMER AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!! read more
