I have to say that I received just great service from Eloy Lock & Key. They were able to accommodate a last minute job, and it was a big one. They rekeyed about a dozen locks for me and at a great price. They even ended up fixing an extra problem with a door that I was unaware of. I'd called around for days and I was getting some crazy prices, and after speaking to them I was cautious as they were nice, professional and reasonably priced! Nacho Jr. showed up on time was professional and got the huge job same day. I just want to say Thank you for fixing what for me was a big problem all in one day! I could not have asked for better service. read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID this "business"!!! Went in here to get 2 spares for my car. I had brought in my OEM Key fob which he wanted $350 to duplicate. He couldn't find a simple pry tool and was searching around like a filthy teenager shuffling through their bedroom. This place is disgusting and ran by amateurs. Everything he said was wrong about the process of duplicating and programing. Proof is that he broke the oem key fob I brought in because he's too stupid to know that you can't use a metal flat head screw driver to open plastic parts. The rest of us have the sense to use a plastic pry tool as to avoid breaking key fobs. Try at your own risk and downfall. read more

I lost my key a while back in March, Francisco drove to where I parked my car and made a new key for me within a few hours of contacting (other services took forever to reply). Fast forward to September, I broke the newly replaced key. Contacted Francisco and was told to visit the shop. They made me a new key within 15 minutes. So grateful for this place and I highly recommend! read more

Totally recommend!! Super easy. Called to ask for pricing for key plus remote for my Honda Civic. Gave the year model info and got a straight forward price which was 100 less than a place 5 miles away! So nice to not be taken advantage of when it comes to auto things being a woman. Once I got there I had my key within 15 minutes. Thank you SO MUCH! read more

I was a little skeptical at first with how low the estimate came out to be. Every other keysmith who programs keys quote me minimum $150. Even friends of mine told me they knew connections that would do it for $125. When I arrived he was very kind and went straight to programing my key. In 3 minutes he was done and for the price, I was beyond amazed. If a 6 star was an option this business would 100% get it, Thanks! read more

Thought I was going to have to Dukes of Hazard into my car until Steve's Lock Service in Downey recommended Eloy's in Bell Gardens. Love it when businesses refer other businesses when they can't help you out themselves. Anywho, I digress. My key had been jamming on the drivers side of my 2003 Honda Civic for quite some time. Knowing it was going to cost an arm, leg and my pocketbook I opted to wait until I won the lotto to buy a new car. Whelp that didn't happen so the universe decided to have a little fun with me. The hubby went out to use the car for work and lo and behold the lock jammed and the key did not want to come out. We WD40'd, cursed, spit and prayed but nothing happened. Took a drive to BG and the tech at Eloy's went to work. He was amazing. Worked efficiently, cleanly and quickly. Took a lot of car to not cause further damage to the lock, key or door. In the end it only cost $35 and a trip to my physical therapist because let's face it, if I'm referencing the Dukes of Hazard I'm no spring chicken. read more

Mo is the man. I woke up this morning and the ignition switch on my Civic wouldn't turn. He was out to help me in LA at 10pm with a smile on his face. He fixed it in less than an hour and charged a very modest fee. Very professional and he taught me a few things about my 10 year old car. I'll be calling him anytime I have lock problems. read more

Yeah, i walked up in here after both the batteries to my Honda key died. As advertised they hooked me up in under ten minutes with two new batteries. They even gave me the old batteries back. My 2006 ford escape key broke off of my keyring while at work. Me not knowing that it had a chip inside the key decided to drill a new hole through the key to put it back on my key ring. Eloy's locksmith came to the rescue the next day once I found out the car went on theft mode because of the chip i butchered. He was able to copy and program me a new key within minutes after his shop was closed for less than half of what another mobile locksmith had quoted me. A+ locksmith. I will be using them from now on read more
