While there were a few that seemed worth trying, Sun Ray Dry Cleaning did stand out and I figured I would try this place. I ran over one afternoon to drop off a brand new suit jack. The person who meet me was Simon who was a very nice younger guy that just was a pleasure to talk to. I told him the stain was either had a lamb or olive oil and that I didn't exactly what it was. The stain happened at a wedding and to be honest I think someone bumped into me which was why I didn't know exactly what it was and I think the methods change depending on what the stain is. The stain was pretty large, and I was worried that it was to late. He said they would try their best and they might be able to get it out. A few days later I got a text that my garment was ready and when I picked it up, the stain was completely gone. He said they did have to treat it several times but they got it completely out. I couldn't be happier. They will have my business for the foreseeable future as this was such a great experience and I have been looking for a good dry cleaner for a while now. As a side note, you do pay for your garment when you drop it off. Something that I haven't really done before but it isn't a bother. Just if you pay cash that might be good to know.

They're literally an inch too big around my waist. That's not how dress pants are supposed to fit. The same thing happened with the sleeves of the my suit jacket. They fit too long and look sloppy. They did some minor alterations but I now have a suit that still doesn't fit my body and does not have the tailored look the way it's supposed to. A complete waste of time and money. They do a fine job at the actual tailoring work, but their refusal to do what I requested suggests a high level of laziness & absolute disregard of the customer's needs. The lady also seemed very passive-aggressive in her tone. You would think people who tailor clothes for a living would know the importance of how clothes should properly fit. I found this place while searching online for a tailor to repair a tear in my coat. The reviews…read moreseemed decent, so I felt comfortable bringing in three items for dry cleaning, including a $400 coat that needed a small repair. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The seamstress was not there when I dropped of the coat, they said that she will look and see if she can fix it and let me know by phone. I then find out that she "fixed" my coat without consulting me first, claiming the repair was necessary for the dry cleaning process. In doing so, she actually made the tear worse and ended up ruining the coat. When I tried to address the issue with the staff, the situation only got worse. The employees became defensive, rude, and belligerent. The interaction escalated to the point where I felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the store, as two male associates were behaving aggressively. I haven't even evaluated the quality of the dry cleaning yet, but at this point it's hard to say the service was worth the cost of a ruined $400 coat and the unpleasant treatment I received. It's especially disappointing because I had hoped I'd found a reliable dry cleaning and tailoring service close to home.
