When I returned in 2 weeks the pants were done but they weren't ironed so I had to return the following day. I picked up the pants the following day and the work was done well. One of the pants still had a bit of a gap which I noticed when I took them home so had to return them and she took them back and fixed them. It was my first time using her and I understand that this can happen. All in all, she does good work and she is friendly. She is less expensive than another place that I used to go to in Elizabeth. I will try to see how she does with jackets and blazers next.

They're literally an inch too big around my waist. That's not how dress pants are supposed to fit. The same thing happened with the sleeves of the my suit jacket. They fit too long and look sloppy. They did some minor alterations but I now have a suit that still doesn't fit my body and does not have the tailored look the way it's supposed to. A complete waste of time and money. They do a fine job at the actual tailoring work, but their refusal to do what I requested suggests a high level of laziness & absolute disregard of the customer's needs. The lady also seemed very passive-aggressive in her tone. You would think people who tailor clothes for a living would know the importance of how clothes should properly fit. They're in the same strip mall as Masa Sushi, Il Forno and the bagel place. I like this place and do think they do a good job. Here's what I like and what I don't like: Likes - Very convenient to where I live - Friendly employees and they're pretty efficient (i.e. do not have to wait in line long) - Do a solid job with the dry cleaning Dislikes - Not so much their fault but the parking can be limited because the bagel place gets very packed on the weekends - Prices are a touch on the high side (more than I used to pay in Basking Ridge)
