However we have been so turned off over the years by Donna's cold, dismissive, inflexible attitude that we decided to make the switch. Virtually every time my wife and I would point out even the slightest dissatisfaction with their work (and that was rare), Donna would become very defensive and refused to take accountability. A few years back I noticed I was missing a number of shirts and asked Donna to check carefully. She insisted that it was not possible, and was fairly indignant, so I gave up. About a year later I brought in some items for cleaning and she handed me the 8 missing shirts. She just handed them to me without any apology or acknowledgement that she had not handled the situation well. All the others who work there are very friendly.
