I had an incident in my place that resulted most of my wardrobe needed to be dry cleaned due to a water leak. Dropped my clothes trusting this establishment and dropped off 48 shirts. This is where it gets bad. They somehow managed to lose 24 shirts. The lady that help me was nice but the manager was not very helpful or willing to rectify this. In the end I'm out of 24 shirts which owner not willing to rectify issue and denying the shirts lost that are clearly on the ticket. Look elsewhere if you want a reputable dry cleaner. They don't even do their own shirts they hand them off to a 3rd party.

I don't really have any high expectations for a dry cleaner; basically please be polite and provide clean shirts. Unfortunately, providing my shirts back clean was the problem. You might expect that my complaint is cleanliness of the shirts. Nope! Instead, they just simply didn't provide me my shirts. After arriving back to retrieve my shirts, I was told that they weren't able to find them. They said they would call at the end of the day after doing a search of the rack. They called and said they didn't find them. Okay. Things happen. They'll show up in the next day or two I'm sure. Then I contacted them a couple days later asking about these missing shirts. I'm told that they don't see them and to call in the next morning and ask them to search the rack. I then go in again and no shirts. I leave them my name and number and they say they will call when they find them. Another week later, no call. So I go in and ask again and sure enough the shirts are there finally...this is now nearly three weeks after taking them in and still no one has called me to tell me they are there. I was very irritated that no one could take the time to call and inform me. I explained this and was told "I'm sure the owner just figured you would come back in". I then asked for the owner to still call me about the incident if he wanted my business in the future. I said I would give them a week. I have given them a week and now I'm writing this review with no call. I would be shocked if the owner of this place even pays attention to their Yelp reviews, but if you do check it, please feel free to give me a call to explain how this incident occurred and how things are going to be handled differently in the future. As of now, you've lost a solid customer. Keep it up and I'm sure you'll lose plenty more.

My order was picked up last Thursday and scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but it never arrived. When I followed up, I was assured it would be delivered "first thing" this morning. I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.
