Inside the dry cleaners, there's a dedicated sewing and alterations room with a changing area. My initial fitting was on a Monday. It was short and efficient, but definitely not rushed--they were warm and accommodating, and clearly knew what they were doing. A few days later on Thursday, I got a text that the dress was ready! Alterations are never cheap, but Maria's skill and attention to detail make every penny worth it. I can't praise her enough. If you need anything tailored, I highly recommend Maria. You'll be in great hands!

It was mistakenly left in my husband's shirt and sent to the dry cleaners. After praying vigorously to St. Anthony and my own angel Mary Archer, I went to Village Cleaners of Highland and they returned it to me. Thank God and to my angel! There are still good people in the world. Karen of Village Cleaners of Highland should be commended for her honesty and doing such a good deed! They also do a fantastic job on our dry cleaning! I would recommend them highly!

We arrived at 8;45 am Monday morning, and a different person said "Sorry, you just missed it. Same-day cleaning must be in by 8:30 am." So skip this place. They clearly can't train their employees. Try the cleaners right up the street in King's Plaza. We took our business there, arriving at 8:55 am, and they had no problem getting our things cleaned same-day. Bye, bye...

They said it wasn't folded. I should have given them 1 to 1.5 weeks to clean it and was annoyed with me. I said I waited two. It was exactly two weeks. She said, she was going to steam it. I said, well is that part of the service? Then steam it (she said it would take 5 min). When I picked them up, she said nothing to me and didn't even look me in the eye. When got home, took them out of bags to put on bed. The one that was easy to find is fine. The one they couldn't find that wasn't folded in two weeks? It stinks. Doesn't smell like me. Smells like another person: musty and strong. It is filling the bedroom with the stink. It is horrible. This is a horrible service. I agree with another reviewer about Nu Starlight being better.

I had an incident in my place that resulted most of my wardrobe needed to be dry cleaned due to a water leak. Dropped my clothes trusting this establishment and dropped off 48 shirts. I've been coming to this dry cleaners for a few years now. Regularly visiting every week or two…read morefor at least a handful of work shirts. A simple request really. I don't really have any high expectations for a dry cleaner; basically please be polite and provide clean shirts. I wouldn't say there's anything terribly polite about the interaction you get here, but it's not a problem. Just a transaction like at the grocery store. Good enough. Unfortunately, providing my shirts back clean was the problem. You might expect that my complaint is cleanliness of the shirts. Nope! Instead, they just simply didn't provide me my shirts. After arriving back to retrieve my shirts, I was told that they weren't able to find them. They said they would call at the end of the day after doing a search of the rack. They called and said they didn't find them. Okay. Things happen. They'll show up in the next day or two I'm sure. Then I contacted them a couple days later asking about these missing shirts. I'm told that they don't see them and to call in the next morning and ask them to search the rack. I then go in again and no shirts. I leave them my name and number and they say they will call when they find them. Another week later, no call. So I go in and ask again and sure enough the shirts are there finally...this is now nearly three weeks after taking them in and still no one has called me to tell me they are there. I was very irritated that no one could take the time to call and inform me. I explained this and was told "I'm sure the owner just figured you would come back in". I then asked for the owner to still call me about the incident if he wanted my business in the future. I said I would give them a week. I have given them a week and now I'm writing this review with no call. I would be shocked if the owner of this place even pays attention to their Yelp reviews, but if you do check it, please feel free to give me a call to explain how this incident occurred and how things are going to be handled differently in the future. As of now, you've lost a solid customer. Keep it up and I'm sure you'll lose plenty more.
