I don't really have any high expectations for a dry cleaner; basically please be polite and provide clean shirts. I wouldn't say there's anything terribly polite about the interaction you get here, but it's not a problem. Just a transaction like at the grocery store. Good enough. Unfortunately, providing my shirts back clean was the problem. You might expect that my complaint is cleanliness of the shirts. Nope! Instead, they just simply didn't provide me my shirts. After arriving back to retrieve my shirts, I was told that they weren't able to find them. They said they would call at the end of the day after doing a search of the rack. They called and said they didn't find them. Okay. Things happen. They'll show up in the next day or two I'm sure. Then I contacted them a couple days later asking about these missing shirts. I'm told that they don't see them and to call in the next morning and ask them to search the rack. I then go in again and no shirts. I leave them my name and number and they say they will call when they find them. Another week later, no call. So I go in and ask again and sure enough the shirts are there finally...this is now nearly three weeks after taking them in and still no one has called me to tell me they are there. I was very irritated that no one could take the time to call and inform me. I explained this and was told "I'm sure the owner just figured you would come back in". I then asked for the owner to still call me about the incident if he wanted my business in the future. I said I would give them a week. I have given them a week and now I'm writing this review with no call. I would be shocked if the owner of this place even pays attention to their Yelp reviews, but if you do check it, please feel free to give me a call to explain how this incident occurred and how things are going to be handled differently in the future. As of now, you've lost a solid customer. Keep it up and I'm sure you'll lose plenty more.

When got home, took them out of bags to put on bed. The one that was easy to find is fine. The one they couldn't find that wasn't folded in two weeks? It stinks. Doesn't smell like me. While there were a few that seemed worth trying, Sun Ray Dry Cleaning did stand out and I figured I would try this place. I ran over one afternoon to drop off a brand new suit jack. The person who meet me was Simon who was a very nice younger guy that just was a pleasure to talk to. I told him the stain was either had a lamb or olive oil and that I didn't exactly what it was. The stain happened at a wedding and to be honest I think someone bumped into me which was why I didn't know exactly what it was and I think the methods change depending on what the stain is. The stain was pretty large, and I was worried that it was to late. He said they would try their best and they might be able to get it out. A few days later I got a text that my garment was ready and when I picked it up, the stain was completely gone. He said they did have to treat it several times but they got it completely out. I couldn't be happier. They will have my business for the foreseeable future as this was such a great experience and I have been looking for a good dry cleaner for a while now. As a side note, you do pay for your garment when you drop it off. Something that I haven't really done before but it isn't a bother. Just if you pay cash that might be good to know.

I came prepared with quarters and my credit cards but they only accept cash to pay for their own card that you can only use there and it costs $3 to get the card, then you can load $ to the card to pay to use the washers and dryers. I ended up adding too much for the dryers. They work really well and I didn't know that much $ but oh well. We ended up paying $25 for washing 5 loads and drying 5, they're big enough that we could fit 5 loads in 4 dryers. I'll try to plan better next time. The employees leave at 5:00 and they ask that the last load be added at 8:00 because their doors are automatically locked at 9:00.
