Well, let me tell you... I entered with my wipes and everything ready to scrub a machine before use and did they prove me wrong. I still used my Lysol wipes inside the bin (can't be too careful) but the areas for the detergent were sooo clean. I have NEVER seen this before EVER. I'm typical pouring with a prayer. I do think the prices are a bit high and they could increase the time on the machine. I've seen 8-10mins per quarter, they are giving you 6mins per quarter. Overall, I know where to go when there is another malfunction at home and I'm in waiting for repair.

(10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey.
