I called and the manager told me that a few pounds isnt a big deal and i have to trust them and accept it. - i asked that only my 5xl shirts be hang dry but my wife's shirts didnt need to be. I had 5 shirts but in the end they charged me for 12 shirts because they did mine and hers hang dry. When i mentioned it again they said it is not their job to pay attention to the details and i should be thankful that they washed and folded my clothes. - $2lb is the most expensive place locally but this had good reviews so i thought it would be worth it but it was mediocre service. Overall it was nice having someone do my wash and folded but not with the overcharging and underwhelming service. I will be looking elsewhere.

I provided them a dress shirt, brand new out of the pristine packaging from Nordstrom. No stains. I just needed the creases out. I went to pick it up, and unfortunately still full of creases. No problem, it happens. I ask them to redo it as it can't be worn like that. I go to pick it up again, and now it's covered in stains. These stains were not there when I handed it to them, or when they gave it back to me the first time. No idea where they came from, but I noticed it right away - dark brown and throughout the entirety of the shirt. I pointed it out, and they took it back while I waited. They reluctantly fixed it. Regardless, I'm not sure why I gave them a clean shirt to be pressed and then it came back with stains. The woman then told me to find another dry cleaner if I wasn't happy and that it wasn't going to be perfect (unprompted as I was leaving). Im not expecting perfect, but I do expect to be handed a shirt without stains, especially when it was given to them without. I found this to be hurtful and rude. As a loyal customer, I would have continued coming back and assumed it as a one off. The fact they were so dismissive and not taking ownership was incredibly disappointing.

They are fast, the staff were friendly, the clothes were folded nice and smelled great.! Went here about 3 times and whether it was the 3rd or 4th time I drove 20 minutes to pick up my soap and dryer sheets before I left town.The sheets ended up being at the bottom of the basket I would bring my clothes in, they couldn't find the soap. The manager was called and after asking what we could do about the soap I was accused of potentially trying to scam the manager out of soap. She was entirely unprofessional and I explained I can afford the soap, thankfully, but the principle is that I was not informed the soap was out and after 3 washes? She reviewed the tapes and she said the soap was all used. She was very confrontational, accusatory, unprofessional and it's a poor look considering your employees do a great job. In the future I would suggest that you don't leave soap or use theirs. Another poor example of management making the business look bad and lucking out with great employees. While waiting for the dress, I had the opportunity to observe how they treat their customer , and it makes me so happy to know that there are still family operated businesses out there that care not only about the work they do but the people who bring them business.
