Brad did a home inspection for my wife and I when we were buying a home in December of 2015. Brad &…read moreour agent set an appointment time and Brad was waiting when we arrived. He immediately went to work on a two hour inspection of the property. During the inspection he pointed out a number of items that he felt we should be aware of. Brad followed up within a day or two by emailing me a detailed written report that included photos & specifics on everything we needed to know. Based on this information we made an offer and ultimately purchased the house in January 2016. I don't believe that you can expect any more out of an inspection service. Thanks Brad for a professional job.

Hire a different company and save yourself the trouble…read more We had work done on our crawl space and paid an additional charge to have the insulation removed....they removed only what was visible from the door. We had to have them come out twice after the work was complete because they quoted us for additional joists and left the wood outside. The odor that was coming from our crawl space and into our kids room was alarming since they were to supposed to have sprayed it for mold....i was told that there was no smell but should buy odor absorbers to help. Charged more and didn't even do the work. The manager/supervisor came out due to my constant complaining of the smell and abundance of leftover joists and was given a story of how well the odor absorbers work.... Hired another company who found that the plastic encapsulation wasn't even done in part of our house and the growth of black mold was damaging the wood. Don't hire these people. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

Great family owned company and people!  Greg, the vice president,  came to our house on a Friday…read moreevening when our AC was not working.  After a thorough inspection, he gave us several options for repair and/or replacement. Seeing as the furnace/air-conditioning system was over 30 years old, we opted for a complete replacement.  Greg was very professional, knowledgeable and explained how the system would work.  He was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions and concerns.  He scheduled the work and kept us informed throughout the process as to when parts would be available (pandemic caused some delay with backordered parts) and which technician would be doing the work. He even got our old AC system to work until the new one could be installed.   Christian, the installation expert, arrived bright and early on the day of the install.  He got right to work and did a fantastic job removing the old system and installing the new one.  He worked the entire day and put in the extra care to make everything look neat and secure and was properly working.  He is a true professional and so pleasant to work with, putting up with our questions as he was working.  He also left our home neat and clean when he was done.  Greg came by the following day to follow up and to install a different thermostat we had requested/   He again checked and made sure everything was working properly and that we knew how to work the system.  We are 100% satisfied with everything that was done.  Greg and Christian made it clear that if we had any problems, questions or concerns, just call and they would take care of it.  Very reassuring to receive such personal service from a company.  We also signed up for a yearly service contract and will always call them for any of our future needs.

The technician was on time, great personality, professional and cleaned up after the job. Each routine maintenance service call prevented a bigger problem from developing. I am grateful that they are so skilled at repair and maintenance . I have grown to trust their expertise. I have great confidence in their work and in the company in general. So recently I had a really bad blocked drain in the kitchen. I did what I could to unclog it but I was unsuccessful. I realized that Chris Mechanical also has plumbing services available. I called on a Sunday and the plumber was able to fit me into the schedule a day later. Since it was just the kitchen and not the entire plumbing line it was ok to wait. If you need emergency services the plumber would probably be able to get there ASAP. Anyway, if you are looking for a great team of people that are honest, fair, have a great work ethic and are trustworthy then give Chris Mechanical a call !!! Thanks so much.
