Unless you're an important  VIP executive and have a well versed knowledge of the limo industry, steer clear of this company. I contacted them to get a quote for a limo for my kids prom. Everything was fine, the price seemed fair and we moved forward. When the day arrived, a black SUV pulls up instead of a limo. When i contacted them to ask the reason there wasn't a limo there, i was told that i don't understand the definition of what a limo is these days and i should have known from the price what kind of car i was getting. I'm not a frequent limo rider but when i think limo for prom, I'm not picturing a black SUV.  The rest of the unprofessional interaction played out through text (pictures attached). I asked why would i pay for a limo when a SUV showed up, and i was told the miscommunication was my fault. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a limo when i called a limo service.  For anyone thinking of using this company, just know they don't even have any limos available. It is only SUVs so if you're not an important doctor, lawyer,  or executive then don't expect anything else from them.  I truly feel i was ripped off with the old bait and switch. The plan was to give my kid and their friends a memorable experience for this once in a lifetime senior prom. The service was provided and i was willing to pay an adjusted amount for the lack of a limo since at that point, we had no other options. However, when we texted about it the next day, Dave the owner was a wittle crabby from his trip to Europe (which he had to mention as if it pertained to the conversation what so ever). He was completely unreasonable, and accusatory. He called me cheap and went on and on about his important clients and demanded full payment because i was dumb to expect a limo from a limo service.  I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but if you're just normal folk, don't bother with fireman's LIMO service. She, the guardian, and her dad, the veteran, were on the manifest for an Honor Flight Cleveland flight to Washington DC on October 15th. Not being from the area, she googled transportation to the airport at 3:30 AM, gave Danny a call and made a reservation. She probably texted him a dozen times, paranoid that something may go wrong and she and her dad would miss this opportunity of a lifetime. Danny was very kind and patient, and assured and reassured her that it would be fine. Well it was better than fine. Toni was their driver who was actually 7 minutes early for the 2:45AM pickup after confirmation texts the day before and another one when he was on his way. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, Toni opened our doors for us, he chatted with us about the area and his different jobs and his skating and the trip, even though it wasn't a very long one to begin with, was over in a blink. Dan & Jen picked us up at Cleveland Hopkins airport at 11:15 PM. When I called them to say we had…read morearrived, they were already there waiting for us! We had given them our flight details and told them we would have baggage to pick up. They were actually right outside the door next to the carousel where we picked up our luggage! Dan is an exceptionally careful driver. They were pleasant and courteous. The car was clean and in perfect condition, a deluxe van with ample seating room and plenty of space for our 4 pieces of luggage. We were there to attend a college graduation of our grandson from Case Western Reserve Law School. We were arriving on Delta from San Diego and knew we would be tired from our long travel day. Avis Car Rental closes at 12:00AM. They no longer answer the phone at their rental locations and so we could not find out what would happen to our reservation if our flight was late. We canceled with Avis at the airport and instead booked a reservation at their convenient downtown location. This saved us $250.00 in car rental fees because it was 12 hours shorter and did not include airport taxes and duties. We were already staying in a downtown Cleveland hotel which was only a 12 minute walk to the Avis Downtown Cleveland location. Even with a generous tip to Dan & Jen, we saved money. I highly recommend you do the same thing the next time you travel to Cleveland.
