Amazing car service…read more I had to schedule last minute due to no Ubers available for my pick up time at 3 am. They were able to accommodate me for my early morning pick up from the hotel to the airport. Tony was my driver and he was amazing. Car was immaculate, service impeccable. He opened the card doors for us, loaded and unloaded the luggage and was a delight to have as a driver. This is a first class company and I am so appreciative of them and the care they took of us. Well done

My driver from Ace taxi was friendly and helped me with my bags, and we chatted the whole way back to my place! The car was clean and comfortable, and he let me know what the price for the ride would be before we left the airport. Though the price was a little more than Uber/Lyft normally charges, it was worth it because I didn't have to stand around and wait. I usually don't use taxis, but good to know that Ace taxi is an option!

(But note: no Discover.) They gave me an impression of being smaller and less "advanced" than Ace. (No automatic text alerts; credit card taken on paper, not a swipe machine.) But even so, they did the job more efficiently than I am used to, and they arrived exactly on time in spite of bad winter weather. The driver even called twice: once an hour before my scheduled pickup to make sure he knew how to find me, and again five minutes before. That's being organized, even without the on-board tech. (They did have a GPS to get around, of course.) Ace sends a text saying a cab has been dispatched... Neat! Except when no cab arrives. I'll use ABC again, and fingers are crossed that this good experience was not a fluke.
